Bert Posted 30 August 2010 Posted 30 August 2010 This signing doubles our chances of avoiding relegation. Delighted.
Craig Posted 30 August 2010 Posted 30 August 2010 Frazier Campbell out for the season for them now apparently... hope that doesn't ruin this!
Jimothy Posted 30 August 2010 Posted 30 August 2010 Frazier Campbell out for the season for them now apparently... hope that doesn't ruin this! Doubt it, they want Gyan, and i think they would rather have Gyan than Waghorn and they need the cash from this to buy him.
milan_foxes Posted 30 August 2010 Posted 30 August 2010 Exactly, look at the Gif davieG posted above, that sort of passion is a fooking brilliant thing to have in the team! That's what I mean mate!
ian_marshall Posted 30 August 2010 Posted 30 August 2010 Frazier Campbell out for the season for them now apparently... hope that doesn't ruin this! If anything I'd have thought that this improves our chances as Bruce will surely now need another quality forward who can provide strong competition for the likes of Bent and Welbeck.

Stringer on whether it shall affect the move... I thought it may do but from what I'm told chief, he's a fox. Adopted yes but feels like a homecoming. Panic over
themotivator Posted 30 August 2010 Posted 30 August 2010 love and hate stringers "tweets" didnt particularly expect to see his rocket on there...
Guest Bilo Posted 30 August 2010 Posted 30 August 2010 Also, could this be a boost to dressing room morale? Waggy seemed genuinely loved by his team mates and his return could bring back some of the memories from the success last season. I get the feeling that DJ's status under Sousa has ruffled a few feathers, particularly Fryatt's, and the double whammy of his departure and Waggy's return could repair some of the damage that has clearly been caused by this state of affairs.
Clarkielcfc Posted 30 August 2010 Posted 30 August 2010 Right everyone, have been in sunderland over this bank holiday weekend, as the mrs is a sunderland fan, so went up for the game on sunday, today (monday) we went to the ground again for a stadium tour, we got taken into the players lounge, in there, there is photo's of each individual player, as i looked i noticed, no WAGGY, i said to the bloke wheres waghorns photo, and his reply was, ummm im not sure, there definatly was one of him up...so all im saying read into that as you will, but that is no wind up or anything, ive just got back from up there and seen these rumours about waggy, so got me a bit excited and then remembered about the squad photo's today and all im doing is putting two and two together!! WAGGYS COMING HOME !!!!
Jordan Posted 30 August 2010 Posted 30 August 2010 Dare I say it but, Ian Hume-like? Martyn Waghorn is the real deal; Iain Hume is one of those bootleg knock-off versions of Martyn Waghorn they make in some Malaysian sweat shop. I bet the tag on Hume is all misspelled, like "Martin Wighorn" or something.
