Would you like to improve our standards of stewarding on a matchday and make the Walkers Stadium an even safer place for supporters?

We are looking for people with good communication, interpersonal and customer care skills. You must also have a professional approach with the ability to deal with difficult situations in a calm and courteous manner. Working as part of a team is essential for all roles.

RESPONSE TEAM STEWARDS

You will be responsible for carrying out search duties at the turnstiles, pre event safety checks, evacuation procedures, liaising with Police Officers and the safe ejection of spectators. You must possess a strong character, be self motivated and have the ability to respond to a challenge.

TURNSTILE/STEWARDS

You will have the responsibility of directing members of the public to the relevant places. Monitoring sections of the stadium to deal with any emergency that may arise. Control entrances and exits as well as other strategic points. To ensure the ongoing safety and control of all members of the public before, during and after the event. This could combine with the responsibility for checking and reconciling all matchday tickets in order to ensure an even flow of spectators into the Walkers Stadium.

For any of the above positions you must be able to work every home matchday. As part of the role you will be required to complete an NVQ Level 2 in Spectator Safety. LCFC will provide the training required to complete this qualification.

Full-Time Sales Consultant



Leicester City Football Club has partnered with The Aspire Group Inc. to create and manage a 'Fan Relationship Management Centre' (FRMC). The position will be based at the Walkers Stadium.

The Sales Consultant will report to The Manager of the Fan Relationship Management Centre





Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Performing outbound calls to sell Season Tickets, Group Tickets, Hospitality and other ticket plans as available for Leicester City Football Club

1.Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals while exceeding client expectations in value and customer service

2.Grow sales significantly each week by attracting additional business leads

3. Be prepared to sell all levels of tickets/products

4. Maintain computerised records of all prospects and customers within the Customer Relationship Management and/or Ticketing databases

5. Make 100 outbound calls daily.

6. Additional responsibilities as assigned by Manager

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

- Desire to start and grow a career in the football ticket sales industry

- Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and detail oriented

- Previous customer service or retail sales experience; display a genuine desire to help people

- Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills

- Professional image and demeanour

- Ability to work well with others and comfortable taking the initiative

- Little or no ticket sales experience required

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

- Possess a degree in relevant field, BSc in Sport Marketing or Business Managementpreferred

- Experience with Venuemaster/C360 Ticketing system preferred.

- Must be able to communicate equally well with owners, staff and fans at all levels and be comfortable in a very close supervisory and intense training environment.

SALARY PACKAGE:

Competitive hourly wage, plus commissions based on meeting weekly sales goals

- Be able to work in a pressure environment

- You must be competent in numeracy and simple maths.

- Honest, reliable and be available to work weekend and evening fixtures.

- Minimum age requirement for this position is 18

BD Stadia Match Day Betting Cashiers Required

Location: Walkers Stadium,Leicester City F.C. (Postcode - LE2 7FL)

Hours: On match days, 3-5 hours per match during weekends and evenings

Rate of pay: Up to £8.33 per hour

Leicester City's new in-stadium betting operators BD Stadia are looking to engage a team of part-time betting cashiers to assist in the processing of fans bets at the Walkers Stadium during home match fixtures.

As part of the BD Stadia in-stadium betting team, duties include:



- Processing bets from customers in the concourse or corporate areas prior to kick off.

- Paying out winning customers at full time (payout cashiers only)

- Handling and reconciling cash/paperwork.

- Delivering high levels of customer service and promoting brand awareness

The Successful candidates must be:

- Professional and smart in appearance



- Honest and reliable

- Competent in numeracy and simple maths

- Able to work weekend and evening fixtures

- Well-spoken, enthusiastic and confident

- Ideally experienced in customer service and cash handling

An understanding of betting/odds would be beneficial but it is not a pre-requisite. Please note, due to Gambling Commission legislation we can only offer this position to candidates over the age of 18.

We are currently recruiting for Team Leaders to work on a mach day basis at The Walkers Stadium. You will be committed to delivering service excellence, have a "can do" attitude and maintain the highest level of professionalism.

You will work in our Kiosks on match-days and ensure your team provide an excellent level of service to all customers.

Responsibilities

- To effectively manage a small team

- To ensure the kiosk is set up correctly in line with our standards

- To ensure cash handling procedures are adhered to at all times in line with company policies and procedures

- To ensure that all staff are motivated and are providing a high level of service to all customers

- To ensure all Health and Safety regulations are being followed

- To be the first point of contact for any esclation issues

- To ensure the standard of cleanliness in the kiosk area are maintained in a hygienic and safe way



Requirements

If you are passionate about training and motivating a team in order to deliver high level of service, then we would like to hear from you.

Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar role, however full training will be provided for the right person.

When I was captain of a galleon on the high seas, I seem to recall that the main signs of the ship sinking that we paid attention to were water in the hold and a noticeable list to port or starboard, or the mysterious drowning of men in the forward section.

I don't think we would have given the recruitment of these "BD Stadia Match Day Betting Cashiers" of which you speak a second thought, I really don't
