What would you cut from your personal expenditure...

But how can loss of revenue as a GP lead to longer waiting lists and reduced funding for cancer drugs. They're simply not linked

.

Maybe the financial decision isnt' as easy as it seems, but the moral one certainly is

There is a link, loss of revenue would be personal as well for patients where they get so much per patient on their list, This funding is obviously not distributed evenly as some patients use up more than others. Whether this impacts heavily on hospital admission levels I have my doubts but I do believe it impacts on drugs and medical type tests such as blood tests. Again not sure of the detail and of course it could work both ways as the patients not taken on might have expensive needs.

I understand the need to support Ireland

However has anyone realised that seven billion is approximately the amount of cuts proposed by the Coalition. So does it not seem ironic that we must supposedly cut the deficit but can borrow the cash to support the Irish.

Just a thought!!!

We're only lending them the money, presumably we'll get it back with interest. Not that happy about it though.

If the UK is broke, as the Tories claim, then we can’t afford to be part of this bailout. And if the UK can find £7 billion for this, then they’ve got enough money to stop the most devastating cuts over here.

Yet as soon as a corrupt, incompetent right wing government and their partners in crime in the banks need our cash, Cameroon and Gideon Osborne manage to find £7 billion for them.

In the future when the Vermin claim they are forced to cut services and demand what the alternative would be, Labour could start by pointing out that, unlike them, they wouldn’t have handed over billions to bailout right-wing governments which destroyed their economy with savage cuts in public spending.

Ireland is the UK's biggest trading partner. It makes sense to bail them out.

The politicians are a bunch of free Market wankers and deserve all they get but it will be the ordinary people who will be fooked by it all.

Lemon Harpic could be blinkered, but had a sense of humour and a sense of perspective. He was entertaining.

Your posting leaves me wondering if you were on drugs during Labour's time in office. It's like reading anti-Ultra - same shit, different names.

Lemon Harpic was never dull.

I don't think that we should be bailing them out. We are having to go through all these cuts, it was themselves which got them into this mess and they should have to get themselves out of it like us. The country isn't going to cease to exist if we don't bail them out and the EU would step in with the other funds if we didn't.

Oh magoo youve done it again!

Now i happen to know a bit about the Lloyds saga ,and the bank being forced by a middle of the road labour party, not a middle of the road conservative party,to buy out other banks, trust me. and you are years behind with your left wing/right wing division, they are nearly the same party these days. Were you once refused a drink at a conservative club and

laughed at hence your hatred?

I do not work for the bank and i also have voted Labour, or have i, they are nearly the same .i get confused!

You should toss out more of your funny remarks; that's all they're good for.

laugh.gif I never new you were such an expert on onanism. That's not bad for a unicellular organism. Actually, it's an improvement on your normal posts because it doesn't mention politics from an idiot's perspective - you don't need to thank me but we have made real progress.

It's all we have time for today but I'd like you to keep working on this. Next week we'll try to see if we can get you to undergo mitosis.

Dear oh dear, Daggers....

You certainly have depth, but only on the surface. Down deep inside, you are quite shallow aren't you?

Amazingly I couldn't care if you think I'm thick, one-dimensional, a sister-fvcker or...

...hang on

...oh noooes

...you called me shallow!

You utter cockwand.

Shallow?

cry.gif

How did you know that'd be the one thing to really twist my ring? After all these years of semi-stupid people and downright thugs insulting me without any effect whatsoever, some using a bit of clever turn of phrase or outright threats. It was like nothing to me - but this really pierces my heart.

Shallow.

I am. I am shallow. Mummy said it wouldn't matter but I said to her it would.

I remember it now: "It will matter, Mummy. It will! It will! It will!" (See? I said that I'd said it to her).

And here we are. A spunkbucket socialist mortals me on the internet with a quipping blow, a parthian shot as he retreats into the darkness of eLand, leaving me hollow as well as shallow.

Of course, there are those who'd say your insults are as stunningly dull as your political prose - not me though. Not now. I simply couldn't bear another withering dose of invective.

My window cleaner, or ex-window cleaner as he ought to be known, simply won't take 'no' for an answer.

Like a stealth ninja with a bucket and a ladder, he does our windows whenever we are out. Or at least he says he has on the demand for money notes he writes.

I like the way he's a friend of the creatures - he always replaces the spiders webs afterwards and puts marks on the window to make them feel at home again.
