Something about sleep working in 90 minutes cycles so aim to set your alarm to allow for these as well as giving yourself 10minutes or so to get to sleep. I was too busy having a good chuckle at this being on SSN. It seemed like the sleep expert was trying not to laugh throughout the interview.
