FoxyPV Posted 13 November 2010 Posted 13 November 2010 A good 2-0 win over the sheep - onwards and upwards.
Guest Basildon Fox Posted 13 November 2010 Posted 13 November 2010 Great result today. Steve Howard has nerves of steel. 2 penalties in the space of 3 days. 4 points from the play offs. Local rivals dispatched. Jobs a goodun!!
sdb Posted 13 November 2010 Posted 13 November 2010 great win. Naughton and the midfield 3 (and Galy) looked really good.

Libertine Posted 13 November 2010 Posted 13 November 2010 What a great win that was , Also makes a nice change to have a easy last ten minutes Spot on. Couldn't believe it, seemed to be all us in the last few minutes. Even at 2-0 I was nervous but we didn't let them have a sniff.

Bryn Posted 13 November 2010 Posted 13 November 2010 Sven on King - "No. We're going to keep him". Love it.
broughtonblue Posted 13 November 2010 Posted 13 November 2010 sven..... " we will definately keep king in january"
Jordan Posted 13 November 2010 Posted 13 November 2010 OK, so it wasn't an entirely dominant performance... but it was certainly good enough for a 2-0 win. City gave the ball away cheaply a few times but look so much more comfortable on the ball than they did two months ago. I can't even compare how much better Abe is in the holding midfield role than Moreno et al. Sven seems like he really likes his fullbacks and center backs getting forward, but the team is well-organized; when Naughton and Cunningham went forward, there was Gallagher or Wellens tracking back. When Davies went up (and he's dangerous), Abe slotted in behind. Home derbies help the atmosphere, but there's certainly a difference. I can see it in the smarter strategical and tactical decisions from the manager... the better passing... the better off-the-ball movement... the reduction in stupid defensive mistakes (despite that first Sheffield United goal)... the tenacity (Howard, wow)... I can hear it in the crowd... and, it's hard to explain, but I can just feel all the way from here that Leicester City are a club on the rise.
Ron Combo Posted 13 November 2010 Posted 13 November 2010 Grande Leicester! Bravo davvero! Adesso un bicchiere di qualcosa:
Finnegan Posted 13 November 2010 Posted 13 November 2010 Good job they don't give a damn about us or they'd be well gutted about now.
Wycombe Fox Posted 13 November 2010 Posted 13 November 2010 IS: "How do you keep the young lads feet on the ground?" SGE: "I show them a video of their mistakes. Hehehe. No. That was a joke"
Guest BlueBrett Posted 13 November 2010 Posted 13 November 2010 Fantastic. You can say a lot about the commentary team but they fcking loved that and it made it pleasurable to listen to. Sven yeh stringer and young are a great double act and their were in their element today. Either on their own would be useless but they cover all the bases when you put them together. I am so fooking happy!

Still look nervy at times and give the ball away a bit, but all in all, looking positive.
AmyLGK Posted 13 November 2010 Posted 13 November 2010 Sven is a LEGEND! A master-stroke of a managerial appointment! LOVE HIM! CITY ONWARDS AND UPWARDS
