Forest Post-match Gloating

Foxes fans: 22333

Forest fans: 2326

Capacity of ground: 32,500 but roughly 32,000 is max due to policing

Max LCFC fans therefore around 28600

Leicester City percentage of allocation:

(22333/28600) x 100 = 78.09 (2 d.p.) %

Nottingham Forest percentage of allocation:

(2326/3400) x 100 = 68.41 (2 d.p.) %

Therefore they are more to blame for the 'low' attendance.

(p.s. do I get extra marks for showing my working :giggle: )

I bet there were 5000 Leeds fans there. There must have been 2000 Forest maybe 2200 there last night, I am not the best of judging numbers but there was clearly no one in the seats towards the side closest to the family stand.

Not far off, officially 2,326

If you hadn't spent most of the 1st 60 mins time wasting and playing for a draw and attacked our defence which looked a bit shaky when run at you might have actually got and deserved something out of the game.

Is this a usual Davies tactic because it's not the Forest I've been used to seeing over the years.

Forest's other biggest problem is a complete lack of unity and an old head. Very much missed McKenna yesterday. Gunter, Bertrand, Camp, Cohen were all high skilled in the league of sportsmanship. Did anyone notice Gunter's little trip on Cunningham for example? Camp loves himself far too much (when we scored anyone notice him try and blame everyone else - first the lino, then the ref, then the defence), same applies to Bertrand who got winded up far too easy. Then there's the likes of Morgan and Chambers who tried very hard but this boils other into fouling or simply moaning at other players. Ramsey at the final whistle went swiftly down the tunnel....I wonder whether it's really a happy camp at Forest. Davies doesn't strike me as a 'player's manager' and there was little leadership and unity on show last night.

Camp is a top flight keeper and I see no reason why he shouldn't get a England call up. His reflexes are second to none.

If someone thought he was worthy, they would have signed him as he'd be relatively cheap. His kicking bordered upon woeful yesterday.

I've been a massive fan since I first saw him at The Walkers playing for Derby. If I remember correctly he pulled off a number of good saves that day which left a lasting impression.

Relatively cheap? I highly doubt it. Had an amazing season last year and has carried on from where he's left on last nights showing, so I'm not sure what makes you think he'll be cheap?

Didn't see much wrong with his kicking to be honest? No worst than any other keeper I've seen at the Walkers.

At the end of the day his reflexes are top class and you can't deny that no matter how much you want to pick fault.

I'd rather a keeper who has cat like reflexes than a keeper who can kick well. After all, a keepers job is predominately too keep the ball out of the back of the net

Solid all round performance against a hard-to-beat Forest side. Everyone played well.

Some particularly pleasing individual performances, Nice to see Vassell and Weale have good games.

I salute Andy King, gets the crucial goal time and time again.

Also must praise Lee Camp, some cracking saves

Should get the ball rolling again. Always nice to get one over on your rivals :)

Blue Armyyy!

He'd be cheap compared to what's been paid for Carson and Foster recently. He cost Forest 100k. A club would have picked him up if worthy of a punt.

His kicking was erratic, managing to blast one straight at Bednar and various kick-out's went for a throw-in. Then there's his attitude which stinks ever since his Dad had a mardy live on Radio Derby about his son not playing. Tt's an increasingly important part of the game; a goalkeeper's distribution has emphasis on possession football is very much to the fore front of the game tactically.

Anyway, he's going to play for Northern Ireland....

Finally thawed out after last night, great win and my missus wins yet again on King first scorer.

Billy Davies is a bitter little pillock, moaning about how his own side are losing their quality and no strength in depth, maybe he should grow a pair and get Pleat booted off the transfer panel at NFFC,

Another confidence boosting clean sheet although I thought Naughton's performance last night was worthy of a half million deduction of his transfer fee! keep it up Kyle! 6 out of 10, the rest at least 7.5, Abe was superb and Vassell looked sharper.

not ready to finish gloating just yet.

Just how good was Monday? Wake up to England 517-1 against the old enemy. Go to sleep contemplating a 1-0 success against another old enemy.

Happy days
