Finnegan Posted 29 November 2010 Posted 29 November 2010 He's not Camp for nothing Phubey Neither's "Phubey."
StanSP Posted 29 November 2010 Posted 29 November 2010 Thank you Andy King! Could have had more than one but I'm not complaining! Bednar, Vassell, Weale, Davies and especially Wellens all looked good tonight. Very happy with the win!
haraven Posted 29 November 2010 Posted 29 November 2010 Yes then. lmao was expecting someone to post this... and Daggers was a likely candidate =)
Tilley Posted 29 November 2010 Posted 29 November 2010 Lame for a local derby but 3 points nonetheless, very pleased.
Guest Posted 29 November 2010 Posted 29 November 2010 5 points off playoff zone 2 points behind trees. Nice one.
Salieri Posted 29 November 2010 Posted 29 November 2010 1-0 but could have easily won by 3 or 4. Great stuff. :sge:
MPH Posted 29 November 2010 Posted 29 November 2010 sounded like a cracker of a performance.... 12 shots to their 5. sorted. nuff said!!
Corky Posted 29 November 2010 Posted 29 November 2010 Derby and Forest beaten in the space of two weeks, lovely. Thought we deserved it, Weale made two crucial saves but we created more chances, great run by Vassell and Kingy in to slot home. Moving on up now.
coale39 Posted 29 November 2010 Posted 29 November 2010 Great stuff and some good football in the second half! Awesomee!!!!!!!!
Finnegan Posted 29 November 2010 Posted 29 November 2010 Remember not to get too carried away, mind. Hinckley is our proper derby, this is just as big as beating Wolves or Villa.
xplicitmaterial Posted 29 November 2010 Posted 29 November 2010 Just 1 thing to say!!!! Our back 4 are amazing!!! I never felt nervous once
sdb Posted 29 November 2010 Posted 29 November 2010 get in!!! midfield 3 were immense :sge: :sge: :sge:
Howard9 Posted 29 November 2010 Posted 29 November 2010 Thought Vassell was EXCELLENT today did great blistering runs and caused trouble his experience really showed today King another great performance But what do we think to Roman Bednar the new boy? i thought he played ok not great lost the ball alot of times
Daggers Posted 29 November 2010 Author Posted 29 November 2010 To be serious - that was a master chess tactician at work, I'm so impressed with the way Sven approached the game and how he ensured the win. Darius was outstanding while King continues to delight me. Bednar may or may not prove his salt, Gally fell short. The back five were solid with Weale being particularly good (a point to prove?). Abe was hit and miss, Wellens was simply Wellens. Was King's shoulder covered in ice, bird shit or snot at the end of the game?
