Kingylcfc Posted 7 December 2010 Posted 7 December 2010 How did Paulo manage to find this lad?? did Aiyawatt Raksriaksorn have the biggest say in it??
davieG Posted 7 December 2010 Posted 7 December 2010 Like any of us really know I guess technically it's probably the CE Hoos.
B52 Posted 7 December 2010 Posted 7 December 2010 I am more interested in how Sousa could lure Vitor to the club.
Jakemoore Posted 7 December 2010 Posted 7 December 2010 The head scout found him and got him here alone, it was all his doing, I know the ex-scout who got him.
Al-aLondon-Foxile Posted 8 December 2010 Posted 8 December 2010 The head scout found him and got him here alone, it was all his doing, I know the ex-scout who got him. The former chief scout new his agent & that's how the deal came about. ;-)

Adster Posted 11 December 2010 Posted 11 December 2010 Just asking this question, but how long is Abe's contract? Is it one years or two? anyone reckon he'll get a new contract? the way he's playing now I'm sure we'll offer one to him.
Swalker Posted 11 December 2010 Posted 11 December 2010 How did Paulo manage to find this lad?? did Aiyawatt Raksriaksorn have the biggest say in it?? Doubt Paulo signed him he was probably too busy looking for talent to sign from Portugal or signing quality players like Lammey. More likely to be Raksriaksorn brining in talent from Asia. Just asking this question, but how long is Abe's contract? Is it one years or two?anyone reckon he'll get a new contract? the way he's playing now I'm sure we'll offer one to him. I think it's two years. I'd agree we should offer him a new contract because he is a quality player who will just keep improving as his English continues to improve. I think we will as well because Sven likes him because he is getting consistent games. Speaking of Yuki Abe's English it has improved because he understood the Yuki give us a wave chant today. Can only lead to better communication with him team mates surely then maybe he could be a candidate for free kicks and corners as well as Gallagher and Cunningham.
North-LondonFox Posted 11 December 2010 Posted 11 December 2010 I think he's lookin like a very good player now - that midfield trio is improving all the time!
Wymsey Posted 11 December 2010 Posted 11 December 2010 At least he understands 'yuki give us a wave' now
Unabomber Posted 11 December 2010 Posted 11 December 2010 Yuki is an absolute hero, I love the guy. Even more so now after him bowing to the fans in the Kop.
ajthefox Posted 12 December 2010 Posted 12 December 2010 pretty interesting if this was top, it'd be one of few signings by owners that actually benefits the team...
Guest Posted 12 December 2010 Posted 12 December 2010 I don't care who signed him, he's frigging awesome!
STUHILL Posted 12 December 2010 Posted 12 December 2010 Did anyone see his shooting practice? He was blasting a lot of them in top corner! This boy is due a wonder goal, I'm sure of it. The way he is improving, he could be the signing of the season, including the loans we have!
lildave3 Posted 12 December 2010 Posted 12 December 2010 Abe - King - Wellens Is the new Izzet/Lennon/Savage.
MikeyT Posted 13 December 2010 Posted 13 December 2010 Was bored so just googled where Abe was born to see some photos of the place and this is what came up. http://www.google.co.uk/images?q=Ichikawa&oe=utf-8&rls=org.mozilla:en-GB:official&client=firefox-a&um=1&ie=UTF-8&source=og&sa=N&hl=en&tab=wi&biw=1280&bih=619&uss=1
Guest BlueBrett Posted 13 December 2010 Posted 13 December 2010 One of Sousa's better moves! I suppose he brought in Vitor too so it wouldn't be fair to say it was the only good thing he did.
Fox92 Posted 13 December 2010 Posted 13 December 2010 When Yuki signed, Paulo said in an interview that he had been tracking him since his days at QPR and maybe even before. Therefore, Sousa.
Kitchandro Posted 13 December 2010 Posted 13 December 2010 When he signed I remember the OS not mentioning Sousa's input in the deal until like the last paragraph. It basically said Top wanted him here and Sousa went a long with it.

Therefore, Sousa. Which roughly translated means...He'd never heard of him but he watched the World Cup like everyone else
