Corky Posted 29 January 2011 Posted 29 January 2011 Everton v Chelsea livened up in the second half. Sounds like quite a game at Torquay, well done to Brighton for getting through.
MC Prussian Posted 29 January 2011 Posted 29 January 2011 Crawley still 1-0 up at Torquay. Both teams down to ten men now. Just realized the home side have two Leicester lads among their ranks - Guy Branston and Billy Kee.

Fosse Boy Posted 29 January 2011 Posted 29 January 2011 On 5 live it says how Cov are a credit to the champinship for taking 6k to Brum. Makes me laugh, they have to be one of the worst supported sides in the country considering the city size, and the apparant history of the club they go on about all the time. Well to be fair their away suport is quite well regarded. Decent amount of standers/singers. Absolutely adore Soutahmpton's kit by the way. Dany to get the winner!
ScouseFox Posted 29 January 2011 Posted 29 January 2011 Crawley, 3 league opponents, 3 upsets. Into round 5
z-layrex Posted 29 January 2011 Posted 29 January 2011 Crawley, 3 league opponents, 3 upsets. Into round 5 Very proud of them. Went to the cambridge game last tues, absolute beast of a team.
purpleronnie Posted 29 January 2011 Posted 29 January 2011 Not a fan of Crawley or their business practices.
z-layrex Posted 29 January 2011 Posted 29 January 2011 Not a fan of Crawley or their business practices. Why? All the mystery money?
purpleronnie Posted 29 January 2011 Posted 29 January 2011 Bank rolling premiership clubs is one thing, doing it to non league teams is quite another.
z-layrex Posted 29 January 2011 Posted 29 January 2011 Bank rolling premiership clubs is one thing, doing it to non league teams is quite another. Why? Crawley are just a club like any other... Also, brilliant saints goal.
purpleronnie Posted 29 January 2011 Posted 29 January 2011 Why? Crawley are just a club like any other... Also, brilliant saints goal. Not really, pull the finances away and the club finishes.
Edmund Posted 29 January 2011 Posted 29 January 2011 Not really, pull the finances away and the club finishes. Surely that sentence applies to every single club up and down the country. I really don't get this snobbish attitude towards any club that shows any ambition. Going by your reasons for disliking them, surely you're not a fan of Leicester as well. We're doing exactly what their doing but on a larger scale x10. Awaits comparisons to the Bundesliga......
Guest Bilo Posted 29 January 2011 Posted 29 January 2011 My sole reason for not being a lover of Crawley is their manager. Corrupt twat. Don't wish the club any ill will though.

Not really if abramovich pulls out of chelsea the club wouldn't end, but plenty of non league clubs have ran into huge financial difficulties when the finances have been taken away, crawleys no exception, I believe more regulation is needed with clubs at the lower levels. Its nothing about ambition its planning for all possibilities especially if it means the possible end to the club.
ajthefox Posted 29 January 2011 Posted 29 January 2011 Not really, pull the finances away and the club finishes. And we could afford the Yak's wages just fine without the thais?
purpleronnie Posted 29 January 2011 Posted 29 January 2011 And we could afford the Yak's wages just fine without the thais? But we wouldn't fold if they pulled out, its apples and oranges. If Crawley were an established premier league club or championship club with gates of 20,000 a week I wouldn't be concerned.
Jackirius Posted 29 January 2011 Posted 29 January 2011 Nice little flare there, You watch N'Guessen Score now.
FoxyPV Posted 29 January 2011 Posted 29 January 2011 Hernandez again. Why would SAF even consider picking Rooney?
