When you log in there are 2 boxes underneath username and password, one is remember me and the other is sign in anonymously. You must have ticked the sign in anonymously box  :)

or..... Someone has been using your account and forgot to unclick it....... You need to go back over all of your posts and confirm that you did indeed post the things you did.

For example, that post where you said Maggie was the best PM the England ever had.... the one where you said that man had never walked on Pluto....and that one were you professed your love for El empty?

Worth checking id suggest

Phew That's it , all solved now . :D  I'm not on a watch list or owt , I don't know how that happened though.

My previous degree was in ICT. I wanted to quit in my second year but I stuck with it as I don't really have an alternative and I still don't know what I want to do by that time. So, would it be better if I do an undergraduate social work degree to learn everything from scratch?

Beside, ain't many masters and postgraduates degrees are slightly pointless as the majority of job market are already willing to recruit people with undergraduates degrees?

im pretty sure most Masters in social work were set up because people in your situation would have to pay £27,000 in fees to do the UG course. This is the exact reason why a PG course in social work is not pointless! You will be alot better off for it in the process!

Im no social work expert though, i just deal with funding so research some unis and find out!

Why do Banks chain their pens to the desks, but leave their doors open for most of the day?

Is there something more to the story of Samson? Everytime i cut my hair i fall ill the day after!

Before I can answer that I need to know something.
Samson had two vulnerabilities,  his attraction to untrustworthy women,  and his long uncut hair, without which he was powerless.
Do you have an  attraction to untrustworthy women ?

Very few customers absent mindedly walk off with the door.

In my opinion, everybody has undergraduate degrees these days. So, unless you have a 1st from a top uni it is better to get a post-grad to differentiate yourself.

Is there a way to quickly lock the keyboard on a  pc.  I want to be able to start a film in realplayer on the hard drive etc but then disable the keyboard as when the kids mess about on the keyboard all sorts of weird stuff happens like video and audio getting out of synch because of the hot keys. I've tried windows key+ L but that just blanks the screen .

Thanks

the answer is to discipline your children properly. If I messed about with my dads porn videos and didnt rewind them It'd be the belt and a night in the shed

lol yes i'd do that , but they are grandchildren so all the disciplinary measures I took would have been lost again by next time they visit .

Jesus I always imagined that you were about 21-23!

I'm not sure how to take this really .
lol or  :(
21+23+ errr i ain't saying  :D

Unplug the keyboard from the back of the PC. (unless you are wireless).

I had thought of doing that , but it's a bit an awkward  game to get at just for this reason.

I could use a usb extention cable so it would be more acessible to do that

.Are there any keyboards with manual on/off switches , or with cables that can be disconnected at the keyboard end? I'm about due a new keyboard anyway.

Thanks all anyway

Edit;
ignore all that.
maybe the simplest answer is to get a wireless keyboard and mouse and just put them on a high shelf so she can't piddle about with them .I really need a new keyboard anyway
It's the flippin obvious solution really, thanks  :D
I had wireless ones a few years ago and didn't get on with them too well but they are probably much improved now , so that's what i'll try first
