Callabinho Posted 5 January 2011 Posted 5 January 2011 Chris Kirkland* Just been carried off unconcious in the game against Bolton, looked nasty feel for the guy.
Callabinho Posted 5 January 2011 Author Posted 5 January 2011 Why? He was a liability. He wasn't fit though so Svens bad even trying him. He admitted he wasn't fit when he returned to Wigan, he's had a career plagued by injuries and it just isn't nice to see really.
DB11 Posted 5 January 2011 Posted 5 January 2011 Why? He was a liability. Cos a bloke has been knocked out unconscious? His goalkeeping ability is pretty irrelevant...
Fox You Forest Posted 5 January 2011 Posted 5 January 2011 Why? He was a liability. Oh, in that case I hope he dies.
Guest Bilo Posted 5 January 2011 Posted 5 January 2011 Bit harsh. He had a few bad games for us because he was unfit and people react as though it's Dennis Wise getting injured. Hope the bloke's OK.
bjblyth Posted 5 January 2011 Posted 5 January 2011 Why? He was a liability. Wahey, someone steals the 'Forum Dickhead' crown from me (see the Muzzy thread) Fall over. Hope Kirkland has a speedy recovery and that it's nothing too serious.
teblin Posted 5 January 2011 Posted 5 January 2011 Some people need to think before they type. Hope he recovers ok.
Mack Posted 5 January 2011 Posted 5 January 2011 So he IS fit now? A week later? The bloke has an injury that will never see him properly 'fit' again. He gave Sven personal assurances about his back that he simply cant do, it's buggered. As for being knocked out, happens all the time, will be fine with a sniff of the salts and a cheeky brandy post match. Dont be so melodramatic!

Oh wait, you won't be able to respond cos you're unconscious. Heartless tool.
LCFC_ED Posted 5 January 2011 Posted 5 January 2011 wish him well, didn't have a good time at the walkers. he wasn't needed or wanted. but still wish him a speedy recovery
Mack Posted 5 January 2011 Posted 5 January 2011 Can we knock you out and see how you feel? Oh wait, you won't be able to respond cos you're unconscious. Heartless tool. I used to box and was'nt very good so it's a sensation I can vouch for. Made even worse by the misses in your ear when you get in for getting blood on the carpet! She would choose the white shaggy stuff!
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 5 January 2011 Posted 5 January 2011 Wahey, someone steals the 'Forum Dickhead' crown from me (see the Muzzy thread) Someone's going to have to be a complete ballbag to take that mantle.
stivesfox Posted 5 January 2011 Posted 5 January 2011 See Kirkland back in Wigan team tonight surprise suppose went off injured, he won't be coming back to us will he????
Tuna Posted 6 January 2011 Posted 6 January 2011 Injured in a collision with Elmander, freak occurence not related to fitness problems could have happened to any keeper. I know Chris has had his injury problems bu this is nothing like his previous injury problems.
Kent Posted 6 January 2011 Posted 6 January 2011 Supposedly concussion so not related to his ongoing back problem unlike what Stringer put on his Twitter.
Jimmy Posted 6 January 2011 Posted 6 January 2011 no he was stretchered off in a neck brace and Lineker said it was concussion on motd
TuptonFox Posted 6 January 2011 Posted 6 January 2011 whatever it was I think we should wish him the best whether you like him or not that injury was nasty he hardly moved and to be fair looked dead when being carried off. so I for one hope hes alright.
