MikeyT Posted 6 January 2011 Posted 6 January 2011 assuming the loanees are unavailable I'd go for Weale Morrison Hobbs Bamba BernerWellens King AbeDyer Vassell Gallagher You can forget Morrison playing now anyway with him currently having a medical at Sheff Wed.
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 6 January 2011 Posted 6 January 2011 Weale Neilson Hobbs Bamba Berner Abe King Wellens Dyer Waghorn Vassell Subs Howard Moussa Logan Gallagher Schlupp Lamey N'Guessan is it just me or are we running out of players for this game?
Bert Posted 6 January 2011 Posted 6 January 2011 Weale Naughton Bruno Bamba Hobbs Wellens King Yuki Dyer Gallagher Vassell
Stevosevic Posted 6 January 2011 Posted 6 January 2011 Weale Naughton Bruno Bamba Hobbs Wellens King Yuki Dyer Gallagher Vassell Bert knows something...
Walshy5 Posted 6 January 2011 Posted 6 January 2011 Worried about the defence. Neilson will have to play RB and who the ****s going to play CB with Hobbs? Vitor (injured) Mee (Man city wont let him play) Morrison (going Sheff Wed) Bamba (wont get international clearance in time)
Mack Posted 6 January 2011 Posted 6 January 2011 I bet Man city field a team of fringe players. Wright Phillips, Adebayor, Johnson, Santa Cruz, Lescott, Silva, Virera etc etc... They could turn out to be even better than the first 11!!

Vitor (injured) Mee (Man city wont let him play) Morrison (going Sheff Wed) Bamba (wont get international clearance in time) I thought we'd got clearance on Monday, but too late for him to play! If that is right, why do people come onto this site and in some 'know it all' way tell us all we won't have clearance in time for Sunday. Where on earth can they actually get that sort of information if it is totally fabricated, and why pass it on. Probably attention seeking!
Dylan Posted 6 January 2011 Posted 6 January 2011 Weale Neilson Hobbs Bamba Berner Abe King Wellens Dyer Waghorn Vassell Subs: Logan, Lamey, Howard, Gallagher, Oakley, Moussa, Schlupp. Assuming Morrison is gone, Naughton hasn't signed, and the other loanees can't play, and no-one else has signed. I would be tempted to start Howard, because of his physical presence and can see players like Waghorn, Vassell, Dyer getting bullied by their defence. Would drop Gallagher; he's not been playing well recently, and doesn't offer much to the team atm apart from set-pieces which still aren't world class- I'm sure Abe can handle set-piece responsibility. Worried at playing Neilson at RB; hopefully Naughton would've signed by then or Morrison is still here.
alex walker Posted 6 January 2011 Posted 6 January 2011 Weale Morrison (if gone shef wed would be Lamey) hobbs bamba berner king abe wellens dyer vassel gallagher subs waghorn howard neilson moussa logan oakley crncic
artursteppe Posted 6 January 2011 Posted 6 January 2011 Weale Naughton Hobbs Vitor/Bamba Bamba/Vitor Abe Wellens King Dyer Vassell Gallagher
Lcfcman2010 Posted 6 January 2011 Posted 6 January 2011 Weale Naughton Hobbs Bamba Berner Abi Wellens King Dyer Vassel Waghorn I'd drop Gally as we need people who could track back and have a pair of bollocks. i personally think he needs to grow a pair and be stronger!

Spot on Think someone needs to give gally a challenge for his role and force him to up his game defensively
Lcfcman2010 Posted 6 January 2011 Posted 6 January 2011 Spot on Think someone needs to give gally a challenge for his role and force him to up his game defensively cheers. I think waggy could do a job there with vassell through the middle still. Could mix it up as well with all three changing positions throughout games. just don't believe gally is putting a shift in at present. a fight on the training ground with wellens might shake him up!
cc_star Posted 6 January 2011 Posted 6 January 2011 Weale Naughton - La Bamba - Hobbs - BernerAbeVassell - Wellens - King - DyerHoward/Waghorn Like mentioned above we may need Howard's strength up front, else our forwards may not get a touch, I'd like to see Moussa being given a chance, but I don't think this is the time to experiment I'm going to favour packing then midfield with our 4-3-3 playing more like a 4-5-1 for fear of being over-ran
STUHILL Posted 6 January 2011 Posted 6 January 2011 Weale Naughton - La Bamba - Hobbs - BernerAbeVassell - Wellens - King - DyerHoward/Waghorn Like mentioned above we may need Howard's strength up front, else our forwards may not get a touch, I'd like to see Moussa being given a chance, but I don't think this is the time to experiment I'm going to favour packing then midfield with our 4-3-3 playing more like a 4-5-1 for fear of being over-ran I think Vassel has been our best striker since he moved from playing wide, so keeping him in a more central striking role, maybe even with Waghorn if needed would be a better option than pushing him back out wide were he was less effective.
Callabinho Posted 6 January 2011 Posted 6 January 2011 Regarding we sign Naughton, Weale Naughton Hobbs Morrison Burner Bamba King Wellens Waggy Vassell Dyer I do think we should actually go for experience in this game, Im thinking Bamba or oakley in midfield, Because A. Yaya is a fooking mountain (Provided he plays), B. Players like Abe probably wont understand what the F.A cup means and get battered and bruised. Old heads big tackles and some guts and we are in with a shout!
themotivator Posted 6 January 2011 Posted 6 January 2011 would like to see deevee in the centre vs his old club, not on the wing. couldn't guess a full lineup until we know whats down with Naughton.
jonthefox Posted 6 January 2011 Posted 6 January 2011 Naughtons out according to the merc http://www.thebluearmy.co.uk/news/Kyle-Naughton-Leicester-City-s-big-FA-Cup-clash/article-3063844-detail/article.html
themotivator Posted 6 January 2011 Posted 6 January 2011 yur, but the merc are just a bunch of slow ass stoners, who need to get their facts right before printing stuff they dont understand.
buzzy Posted 6 January 2011 Posted 6 January 2011 well it will only be our fault if he goes else where because we always seem to fook about. when in december we could have had this sorted but no lets leave it to the last minute and watch him go somewhere else and another club buys him
ajthefox Posted 6 January 2011 Posted 6 January 2011 if anyone is fooking about its gonna be spurs. We clearly want him on a perm deal but spurs have several options, I can't forsee the problem being us not willing to pay an acceptable transfer fee after what we payed for waggy.
