Guest BlueBrett Posted 26 January 2011 Posted 26 January 2011 And you watch them because...3 I don't! Nobody will believe me now but all I've seen is about 3/4 an episode of glee which a mate put on to piss me off when I was sleeping on his sofa. I think you can pretty much get the gist of what the shows are like from the adverts though.

Guest BlueBrett Posted 26 January 2011 Posted 26 January 2011 I just complimented that bird in another thread and now I find it has been deployed against me!
Jackirius Posted 26 January 2011 Posted 26 January 2011 I just complimented that bird in another thread and now I find it has been deployed against me! Houdini nicked it off of me.
Houdini Logic Posted 26 January 2011 Posted 26 January 2011 I'm on my works computer and all pictures come up as red x's. Would have went for the O RLY kitten if I had known <_<
Samilktray Posted 26 January 2011 Posted 26 January 2011 I find the whole thing bizarre, but it fascinates me all the same.
Houdini Logic Posted 27 January 2011 Posted 27 January 2011 Why? Because they're nearly always from the Republic
Houdini Logic Posted 27 January 2011 Posted 27 January 2011 I just complimented that bird in another thread and now I find it has been deployed against me! Anyway... how did you manage to successfully deflect the fact that you claim the only episode of Glee you have ever seen was when you were asleep?! You should stand for MP
Guest BlueBrett Posted 27 January 2011 Posted 27 January 2011 Anyway... how did you manage to successfully deflect the fact that you claim the only episode of Glee you have ever seen was when you were asleep?!You should stand for MP I was trying to sleep and he put it on. All the bright colours, singing and dancing kept me awake. Would you vote for me then?
StanSP Posted 27 January 2011 Posted 27 January 2011 I was trying to sleep and he put it on. All the bright colours, singing and dancing kept me awake. Would you vote for me then? Would he vote for Nick Griffin? Same answer. That was your plan wasn't it - get all the blacks to fight each other - saves the non-coloured people from being called racists.
Trav Le Bleu Posted 27 January 2011 Posted 27 January 2011 Because they're nearly always from the Republic Irish Republic is still British. I'd argue that they are more British than the English.
Webbo Posted 27 January 2011 Posted 27 January 2011 Irish Republic is still British. I'd argue that they are more British than the English. I think there'd be a few Irish people who'd contest that.
Houdini Logic Posted 27 January 2011 Posted 27 January 2011 Irish Republic is still British. I'd argue that they are more British than the English. It really isn't
Houdini Logic Posted 27 January 2011 Posted 27 January 2011 I was trying to sleep and he put it on. All the bright colours, singing and dancing kept me awake. Would you vote for me then? If I can be your deputy? Always fancied one of those white robes tbh
Trav Le Bleu Posted 27 January 2011 Posted 27 January 2011 It depends what you think of as British I suppose. I think of the Celtic and Pictish peoples as being British. Ireland is part of the British Isles. It's not part of Great Britain or the UK. It's like Portugeuse and Spainish arguing over who's Iberian. The English are the Johnny-come-latelys on these Islands. I've said it before, but the Italians were here before us. Are they British?
Houdini Logic Posted 27 January 2011 Posted 27 January 2011 For me British is living within the British Isles and being part of the democracy of Great Britain. As you say different people have their own interpretation, but being that 99% of the Rep of Ireland don't see themselves as British and being that they have their own Government/money/laws, etc... i just don't think it's right to think of them as British
