Bert Posted 27 February 2011 Posted 27 February 2011 Can't see anything other than an Arsenal win myself. Would prefer a Birmingham win though. 2-0 to Arsenal, with goals from Bendtner and Wilshere.
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 27 February 2011 Posted 27 February 2011 I reckon Brum will score. 2-1/3-1 to Arsenal.
ScouseFox Posted 27 February 2011 Posted 27 February 2011 Even with their injuries, Arsenal look too strong. Fancy them to get their first trophy for 6 years, 3-1 win.
Maybes Posted 27 February 2011 Posted 27 February 2011 I'm having a score on Birmingham at 6/1 Is that in 90 or lift the trophy?
Head Honcho Posted 27 February 2011 Posted 27 February 2011 Is that in 90 or lift the trophy? 90 minutes. Just placed the bet and it's actually 13/2 now. Also had a couple of quid on 3-2 Birmingham at 75/1 I think they're 7/2 to lift the trophy.
Mee Posted 27 February 2011 Posted 27 February 2011 I can see a ; Birmingham 2 - 1 Arsenal for some reason. With Goals from Gardner and Ridgewell, and Van Persie for the Gunners. More likely to be 3-0 ish to Arsenal though.
MC Prussian Posted 27 February 2011 Posted 27 February 2011 I always go with the underdog, so I'd love to see Birmingham winning it.
Matt Posted 27 February 2011 Posted 27 February 2011 Unlikely, but C'mon Birmingham. Obviously nothings a dead cert and Birmingham aren't a bad team but I think today Arsenal will win their first trophy in years.
SystonFox Posted 27 February 2011 Posted 27 February 2011 Why all the arsenal hate? Edit: I see nobody hating arsenal here so maybe I shouldask Why all thebrummy bum love?
MikeyT Posted 27 February 2011 Posted 27 February 2011 Why all the arsenal hate? Edit: I see nobody hating arsenal here so maybe I shouldask Why all thebrummy bum love? I was just wondering that as well . I don't mind Arsenal at all and although i always go for the underdog i'm edging towards Arsenal today. Can't stand Mcleish, although not much of a fan of Wenger either.
MC Prussian Posted 27 February 2011 Posted 27 February 2011 Gotta love yourself a bit of Gary Lineker: "(Birmingham) the best club in the Midlands? In the West Midlands maybe..." Classic.
Swalker Posted 27 February 2011 Posted 27 February 2011 I can see the pressure getting to Arsenal and Birmingham wanting it more. RVP to score. Zigic and Gardner for Birmingham. 2-1 Birmingham or Birmingham 3-2 AET or Birmingham 5-4 on penalties
Bert Posted 27 February 2011 Author Posted 27 February 2011 I don't like Arsenal. In fact I can't stand them. The manager is the main reason. Hypocrite, and it really annoys me when he "didn't see it". What is he watching if he doesn't see things? He always manages to see things when they go against him.

Even when Wenger goes (Which can't see it being anytime soon) I don't think i'll like Arsenal but when he does go I think i'll like Arsenal slightly better. Some Many people hate Fergie, Personally I quite like him, Wenger... The difference between the two is Fergie is successful and wins trophies every season. Wenger builds his side up for 5/6 years to be dominant for 2/3 seasons and then doesn't see it when things go wrong

Wenger builds his side up for 5/6 years to be dominant for 2/3 seasons and then doesn't see it when things go wrong That's hardly Wengers fault though is it? I think the small matter of a £470 million stadium would have had something to do with it.
Corky Posted 27 February 2011 Posted 27 February 2011 Always good to see an underdog win. Hoping for a good game.
Fosse Boy Posted 27 February 2011 Posted 27 February 2011 God I hate new Wembley. Come on Birmingham.
Swalker Posted 27 February 2011 Posted 27 February 2011 God I hate new Wembley. Come on Birmingham. I know I'm not a big fan especially now they have added some astro turf. But I have to say it looks perfect atm.
Jimothy Posted 27 February 2011 Posted 27 February 2011 Hoping for an Arsenal win. Really like them as a club, and can't understand the whole Wenger hate thing. So what if he claims not to see things, I think he's come out and admitted that he says that sometimes to stop himself saying something he shouldn't in the heat of the moment. He has a vision for his club, not only on the pitch but off it too and there is no other manager like him. He does come out with some bull, but then so do all managers. As for Fergie, don't get me started on that ****. Anyway come on Arsenal.
