Dom_Harborough Fox Posted 12 March 2011 Posted 12 March 2011 Cheers DavieG Liking the celebrations after Naughton's goal
anotherharboroughfox Posted 12 March 2011 Posted 12 March 2011 quality strike and celebration from Naughton.
m00nie Posted 12 March 2011 Posted 12 March 2011 vitors first looks a bit fierce ?? seems to leap at it studs up.. abe was unlucky, he due one soon.. wonder whats behind the celebration though
Joe. Posted 12 March 2011 Posted 12 March 2011 That's exactly why Gallagher shouldn't have been dropped.
Larry_LCFC Posted 12 March 2011 Posted 12 March 2011 Gotta say that celebration was slightly distasteful in light of yesterday. Especially when you have a Japanese team mate
The Doctor Posted 12 March 2011 Posted 12 March 2011 - naughtons celebrations are always worth a watch, didn't he do a back-flip/air guitar to celebrate one goal. Also yuki's shot was incredible, don't think we'll be waiting too much longer for his first goal for city.
Zingari Posted 12 March 2011 Posted 12 March 2011 cheers davie dunno what the goal celebration was all about , it looks like the were surfing or or something
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 12 March 2011 Posted 12 March 2011 Good goals, Vitor's header looks better than it did there and then.
funkyrobot Posted 12 March 2011 Posted 12 March 2011 If vitor can stay fit it looks like he might be worth getting a run in the team. Good to see gally starting again as well.
Haydos Posted 12 March 2011 Posted 12 March 2011 Good to see Waggy getting in on the celebration as well. Him and the other younger lads seem to really enjoy 'playing with each other'
Finchy Posted 12 March 2011 Posted 12 March 2011 I think the celebration is just a reference to the pitch but yeah it was perhaps a little ill-advised after what's happened.
Christoph Posted 12 March 2011 Posted 12 March 2011 I think the celebration is just a reference to the pitch but yeah it was perhaps a little ill-advised after what's happened. After what? As surely you cant be referencing the tsunami, i dont think anyone would even link the two together... Great celebration, proper fifa 11 style
nothin2seehere Posted 12 March 2011 Posted 12 March 2011 Maybe something to do with swimming to stay afloat and get to the play offs? Sure it'll be on Soccer AM next week
Thracian Posted 12 March 2011 Posted 12 March 2011 If vitor can stay fit it looks like he might be worth getting a run in the team. Good to see gally starting again as well. Vitor's always impressed when I've watched him but there seems such a question mark over his ability to stay fit.
scatdoctor Posted 12 March 2011 Posted 12 March 2011 Great goals, hope the celebration is a referance to the beach like pitch.
Ross 'LCFC' Turner Posted 12 March 2011 Posted 12 March 2011 vitors first looks a bit fierce ?? seems to leap at it studs up.. abe was unlucky, he due one soon.. wonder whats behind the celebration though have a feeling yakubu has something to do with it - i saw him on the touchline with a massive grin when they were doing it - something to do with being in the gym im guessing Edit ** - maybe not - just acctually watched the video - i thought it was press ups at the ground earlier - the beach thing isnt a bad shout
Corky Posted 12 March 2011 Posted 12 March 2011 Gallagher's cross for the second was perfect, very influential today.
CKB Posted 13 March 2011 Posted 13 March 2011 Yuki you are a god and your goal is coming! Vitor you are a beast and were never gonna miss that first goal as you wanted it so bad, it was like Cantona in the crowd! Naughton/Waghorn now that is what you call a celebration! (basically they were saying the pitch was like a beach)
Brown Fox Posted 13 March 2011 Posted 13 March 2011 ref sounded a tool all game but looking at that penalty decision again i actually can't believe he even considered giving them a pen for that. Naughton touched the guy on the back and that's it. Ref had a clear view of that as well, lucky it got disallowed because that would have been a bloody awful pen to give away.
