Not quite as good as Cheltenham but a close second.

Aintree starts tomorrow and like Cheltenham thought i'd start a seperate thread to the betting thread.

Obviously the lottery of the Grand National on Saturday is the big one but i've just had a look at the first day of Aintree tomorrow and there are some great horses racing tomorrow, Big Bucks (2pm), Denman (3.05pm), Medermit (4.50pm), Get Me Out Of Here (5.25pm), and a forum favourite Albertas Run runs on Friday.

Looking forward to it.

If you mean the form for the racing for the National, anything can win it the favorite could fall at the first fence. If you mean on a betting slip, pick one up from your bookies

[Horse Name]

If you want it E/W(best for the national) write E/W then your stake. £2.50 E/W = £5.00 stake but covers you for the win, then places 1-4.

Easier way, if your bookies has the national betting slips like football accumulator ones do it on one of them.

Big ucks, Denman and Zarkarver is a very tempting treble for me, although horses that have won at Chelts often don't follow up with a win straight after at Aintree bar the gifted Albertas Run that did it last year at odds of 16/1 and then 14/1, BOOM.

This better not be on the TV, otherwise my work from home day has just gone out the window

Of course it will be, channel 4 most likely or At the races. I shall resist my self from temptation ;)

I know how to bet, but i have no idea on the English Form for races i never rarely watch English races so it's hard to match up certain horses form to the standard of race there in.

The national same thing but like you said 30-40 horses with that many fences a lot of luck goes in to

Big Bucks, take the piss or what? lol at the Jockey on Big Bucks sorting his goggles out at about the third fence out.

Good start £40 up, what a horse Big bucks is, denman to come not as confident but I've had a crackin 2 weeks on betfair so I can afford to have a few flutters this week on aintree. Makes it a bit more interesting not a big racing fan TBH.

No point in anyone even trying to beat Big Bucks there, definition of a stroll in the park.

Yep - the guy on the Tele with £71,000 on his betting slip.

Gutted! lol

Indeed he must be, Denman didn't look like he wanted to run.

Obviously the bookies didn't offer Mr Walsh a fair few quid to make him not want to run...

I said didn't - there's no libel here

Awful day, similar to the first day at Cheltenham, I did have 3 winners today however won nothing because I had them in multipules and the others messed them up!!

Disappointed in Denman, was really confident with Big Bucks/Denman double last night but today had a feeling Denman would let me down. Bookies must have got a result there!

About £20 - £25 down today, Come on Albertas get me out the shit again :fc:
