Anyone who thought Reading would be a push over today are crazy. Beaten by a better more settled team. Which is why Sven should stop tinkering - pretty sure he's not played the same defence 3 games in a row since he started getting his loanees in.

breadandcheese Posted 16 April 2011 Posted 16 April 2011 Mee tweeted an hour before kick off that he "didn't see that coming", seems royally ticked off on twitter. He also thinks sven prefers bruma over him. Interesting tweets, although he should be a bit smarter and keep his thoughts private. It's a bit surprising that he found out so soon before kick-off. This means Bruma may have too, which is probably not the best way to mentally prepare for a game.
Finchy Posted 16 April 2011 Posted 16 April 2011 I don't think Bruma as a player is that bad, he's shown some touches of class it's the partnership with Bamba that just doesn't work. I'd drop Bamba at the moment if anyone, although dropping both of them for Vitor and Mee sounds excellent.

Surely he should have made the bench instead of Berner Nay, You can only have 5 DOMESTIC LOANS in your match day squad (so vitor doesn't count to that limit): Naughton, Bruma, Van Aanholt, Kamara & Yakubu made up that 5 making mee ineligible.

And I think we have more chance of getting Mee than Naughton as chances at City are rare and he'll know it. They can just go and buy one of the best CB in the dutch league or something if they need to. Would love it if we got Mee aswell, think hes a top player. Edit: Too slow
Bluefox22 Posted 16 April 2011 Posted 16 April 2011 Bruma is a quality player, no doubt about it. Maybe there is a problem with having to play Bamba on the left, I'm not sure. If we get Bruma on a season long loan next season I won't complain. Sometimes you just have to accept that the other team were better than us on the day and stop looking for scapegoats. Bruma may be quality but he has not shown it while on loan with us. He seems to be well balanced, a chip on each shoulder. We need to improve our defence and Bruma is not the answer, the championship needs strong dedicated players not Kings Road fancy Dans

Premier league is better then super league. Chelsea are better then man city. Thats how sven ranks his players. So poor old Vitor is bottom of the pile
