Danny the Fox 95 Posted 30 June 2011 Posted 30 June 2011 I think we can sign the players we want (Mee,Mills,Maynard,CMS,Whittingham). We have already beaten Celtic, and Rangers to Neil Danns, I can't see why we won't beat Wolves to Matt Mills. I also think the CMS deal is virtually wrapped up. And if Sven makes a bid for Whittingham and Cardiff accept then he is virtually ours as I don't think Pompey could beat our deal as we have- -Better training facilites -Bigger Stadium -He would earn more money here than at Pompey -Play under Sven or does he play under Cotterill? -Will live near his hometown. -Better chance of promotion. So if we really are interested in Whittingham then I expect Sven to put in a bid pretty soon.
