Filbert's Friend Posted 21 June 2011 Posted 21 June 2011 According to twitter, Nugent is in talks with Bolton
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 22 June 2011 Posted 22 June 2011 i dunno whats going on with this protracted affair
Burmesefox Posted 22 June 2011 Posted 22 June 2011 I think Nugent has moved on - it would have happened by now surely as at one point it was virtually nailed on. My guess was that he is looking for Prem footie and if not he wants a big salary at championship level whereas at Prem level he would forgo a bit of cash.

We're obviously not going to be the only club in for him. As I've said again and again, players WILL look for the best option. Despite what many seem to believe on here, we are not the biggest club in the country or even the division for that matter.
wellsy Posted 25 June 2011 Posted 25 June 2011 David Nugent to Leicester has always been a done deal, confirmation isn't far away #lcfc. Fourth Official Twitter. Sorry if this should have been put in the Twitter thread!
