Right up there with 9-11, the death of Diana, George Micheal coming out, the name change of opal fruits, Schnorbitz croaking it and that Scots couple winning £160 million on the lottery... All i can remember is crying into my sugar puffs. People of a nervous disposition should refrain from watching this.. Sheer carnage..

Apart from the fact that the Murdochs could end up on trial in the States and losing their biggest titles over there. And that the Sun could get roped into this. And that there's bound to be more stories emerge regarding the intrusion into emails. I think I'll keep my cash for a day or two

I think I'll keep my cash for a day or two Fair play but thats why you are getting a good price now. Can;t see too much coming out of the emails as it appears they deleted the whole database. The states wont touch him, the only that would kill him over there if is there was any truth to the 9/11 hackings which I think looks like lazy journalism to just try and get as much scandal out as possible, the american press dont seem to resort to the same tactics as what we do. I'm absolutely waffling here but I cant be bothered to restructure that paragraph.

With the hacking culture as endemic as it was at NOTW it wouldn't be the biggest surprise ever, and if the allegations are proven to be true then Murdoch is in enormous trouble. Fox News, the New York Times and his whole US empire would be in jeopardy. Make no mistake, News Corporation is not safe.

For once, I tend to go with the former explanation. From what I've read in the local papers today, he used to do drugs and alcohol like a rockstar and his personal GP was amazed to "see him alive still - any other man would've died years ago".

Also seems to think the Mail group are likely to have been worse than NOTW at phone hacking etc... Also called Adam Boulton a twat... if you haven't seen it already

I am struggling to come to terms with this blow and am relying upon the support of my close friends and relations in order to help me pull through this very, very dark moment in my life. I believe that this is probably two and a half times worse than anything else which could have happened to me. Maybe two point seven.
