I'm still waiting for his Jade Goody tribute record

No comedy quips can be made with "Iceland" or "East Angular"

Mind you, when Bernard Matthews died I ate so many Turkey Twizzlers I needed to have a heart bypass, and when Rod Hull got killed I watched the Pink Windmill Show until my eyes bled and I didn't even know who he was, so who am I to slag these people off

I've spent so much time in police identity line-ups thanks to the memorial Peter Falk coat I've been wearing.

The Funeral is tomorrow. You cant spell funeral without "fun"!

Please tell me this is your very own line what you made up so I can be deeply impressed.

If being in a state of drug craving can be considered a mitigating circumstance, shouldn’t this tell us that we should not expect much personal responsibility from people who are in this state of mind? And shouldn’t the people around them (particularly the ones working with/for them) take control? There is a very nice saying that “Friends don’t let friends drink and drive” and I suspect that it is even more true of drug craving.

lol

She was a pleb, but those leaving fags, alcohol etc as some kind of remembrance have got to be some of the biggest plebs on the planet. There was actually someone standing outside crying, not just a sniffle, full blown bloody hysterics. What planet are these people from?

Woman with good voice dies, and? I was more upset when Alfred from Batman passed away.

Hmm, topical humour...

Yeah I thought it was a bit tasteless after I wrote it to be honest... I was going to delete it but thought tasteless was probably ok on an Amy Winehouse thread.

It'd have to plumb some unknown depth to offend me.

People get famous, they get rich, some handle it and do fine, some lose it completely and **** up their own lives.

I'm sure that Jim, Janis, Jimi, Brian and Kurt will welcome her to the band. (Backing vocals only though).

Amy Winehouse's Camden home has been robbed  Who would do something like that?

http://www.mtv.co.uk...me-robbed-mitch

Amy Winehouse's home in Camden, North London has allegedly been targeted by thieves.

According to The Sun, some of the Rehab singer's personal belongings have been stolen from the house, after her she was found dead at the property on 23rd July.

Her father Mitch Winehouse reportedly thinks that one of her associates has taken the items, which apparently includes copies of unreleased songs, lyric books and letters.

One of Winehouse's favourite guitars and lyrics said to be from her eagerly anticipated posthumous third album are also said to have disappeared.

Despite the long list of stolen items, The Sun claims that only two lyric books belonging to the late 27-year old have been reported missing to the police.

It is thought that around twenty people have had access to Winehouse's former home since her passing, including her family, friends, security and the cops.

A source close to Amy told the tabloid: "This is such a sickening shock to the family. That someone would stoop so low. They can't get their heads around it."

"Mitch is livid. The family, record label and management are months away from deciding what to do with any unreleased music. For that to be taken out of their hands is horrible."

They added: "Mitch is willing to give whoever has stolen the items a chance to do the right thing and put them back so it doesn't have to get messy."

Is it all in one day or over a period of days? I know a lot of people do it, but how can someone actually drink that much, especially when you are famous, surely she wasn't depressed or anything like that?
