This bloke is a ****ing perv! watch him at clock tower!!! i was outside jd sports and he was at clock tower, he walked to the entrance of highcross brushing past women with hand held low, turned around and walked back towards the clock tower. he goes out his way to brush past the women! He also got caught pleasuring himself in maccy d's toilet!

Technically he's not a tramp either, he's got a house!
