@cheyette Posted 31 July 2011 Posted 31 July 2011 Is anyone else sick of Derby and Forest fans coming on our forums and using our twitter hash tag to tell us they don't care.
Corky Posted 31 July 2011 Posted 31 July 2011 Thats quite alright mate, you need the support. I'm looking forward to our mid table push to be honest, club run properly, players here cos they want to play for us.... Oh fuck off When I was leaving Pride Park after thoroughly outclassing you lot (with a load of mercenaries travelling to play this committed bunch of true professionals) I saw and heard a decent sized group of your fans chanting against the board.
Fox92 Posted 31 July 2011 Posted 31 July 2011 Mate if you think this is all going to have a happy ending, think on, you have a manager with an absolutely pants record in english football, with the man city billions i might add, blew an absolute wad of cash there and done nothing, england?, don't go there, notts county? hahahaha. from notts county to leicester. Looks like a pattern emerging here, only joins a club whos gonna waste loads of cash, get a big pay packet and when it goes belly up sneak out the back door. After he's done with ya pal, you will be playing league 1 footy. Sven is one of the most successful England managers. He got us into two (?) World Cup quater-finals if I remember correctly. So, don't give us that about Sven having a bad record in English football. And with Manchester City, I don't think he had the billions that Mancini has now, I think he did have a few millions but not as much as what is avaliable now. Plus, he only had one season at Manchester City which is hardly anytime to rebuild a squad. We'll just have to see where Leicester and Derby finish. I don't think Sven has 'wasted' any money, our signings have been excellent this season, and he could only gain loan signings last year because of his time of arrival. I love football fans, and enjoy banter with other fans, but nobody comes on here and bullies Sven
ScouseFox Posted 31 July 2011 Posted 31 July 2011 Derby are fucking shit, and we're not. Ask anyone apart from Derby fans, and other ridiculously bitter fans, who they'll be backing to finish higher and who they believe have currently got a brighter future, and if any of them back Derby, I'll go to Pride Park naked when we next play them.
Fox92 Posted 31 July 2011 Posted 31 July 2011 3 quarter finals* Ok then, 3 Are you sure? 2006? 2002? Was he manager in 1998? I don't think he was.
Daggers Posted 31 July 2011 Posted 31 July 2011 I 'hate' Derby If we didn't hate anyone there would be no point in having footballing rivalries I don't hate anyond We apologise for the late arrival of the 15:15 from Moron, due to call at Little Dimwit, Windowlicker Magna and Numbnuts. This was due to technical issues related to logical processing beyond our control.
FuriousFox46 Posted 31 July 2011 Posted 31 July 2011 I don't care about Derby. Sorry to be so cliché but does anyone in the East Midlands hate anyone? We may aswell buy eachother friendship bracelets and be done with it.
Magictv Posted 31 July 2011 Posted 31 July 2011 leicesterram - I know neither of our fans gives a crap about Leicester but no need to come on here and WUM mate. Youd be up in arms if your stuff was posted on dcfcfans etc etc love it
Fox92 Posted 31 July 2011 Posted 31 July 2011 European quarter-final in 2004. I thought he was adding the European Championships to my 'World Cup quater finals' comment.

Youd be up in arms if your stuff was posted on dcfcfans etc etc We don't either love. I would support Forest but then I wouldn't have seen top flight football this century. And for such a famous team that's a fine effort.
FuriousFox46 Posted 31 July 2011 Posted 31 July 2011 love it I'm glad I'm not the only one who appreciated the irony of that.

Earlydoorsjones Posted 31 July 2011 Posted 31 July 2011 Apparentley the last two madrid tickets have gone to derby fans. Now I suppose it was inevitable- we were never going to sell to just city fans, but to have derby scum there is dreadful. I bet the real derby fans are embarassed. Really, have no fear about this - I bought the last ticket that was for general sale at 9:02 am on the Saturday they were released. I know this because I wanted 4 but could only buy 1 as it was the only one left. There were more corporate tickets left and my wife rang up and bought 3 more. The club did not sell out of corporate tickets. Please do not worry about Derby fans getting them - no fear of that.

leicesterram Posted 1 August 2011 Posted 1 August 2011 Oh **** off When I was leaving Pride Park after thoroughly outclassing you lot (with a load of mercenaries travelling to play this committed bunch of true professionals) I saw and heard a decent sized group of your fans chanting against the board And that's never happened at fester then?, yes us as fans want to see mindless millions blown on players cos it's a hobby to us, it's our love for our clubs. You will find most of the demonstrators were about 10 years old, wanting to get on tv and radio and know naff all about how a club should be run. But remember, these are businesses and if run poorly, you can end up with serious concequenses.... look at portsmouth, it happened to you also not to long back and nearly happened to us. Your right about one thing ... thoroughly outclassing you lot (with a load of mercenaries travelling to play this committed bunch of true professionals) yes i admit svens, premier reserve all stars were better than us, but the long and short of it is, ya still in the same league . He has acheived nothing yet, only finishing lower than pearson did the season before. And for the record guys, go onto the rams and forest forums and they both have leicester supporters signed up to them, the world dosen't end outside the king prawn stadium ya know. It makes football more fun and interesting when you can talk football with other fans.
The Year Of The Fox Posted 1 August 2011 Author Posted 1 August 2011 Daggers obviously spends more time trawling through other peoples posts rather than posting anything worthwhile himself.

Yes it has, I was asking how your club is well run and ours isn't? I've no idea if our club is being run properly or badly, most of the noises coming out are positive, we'll have to wait and see.
leicesterram Posted 1 August 2011 Posted 1 August 2011 with Manchester City, I don't think he had the billions that Mancini has now, I think he did have a few millions but not as much as what is avaliable now. We'll just have to see where Leicester and Derby finish. Yes, agreed, but i know you will finish above us, or at least you should, but no one can predict it, money dosen't guarantee success... look at forest I don't think Sven has 'wasted' any money, our signings have been excellent this season, and he could only gain loan signings last year because of his time of arrival.Sorry mate but 5mill for mills is about double what he's worth, if he was a 5mill defender he would be playing prem football I love football fans, and enjoy banter with other fans, but nobody comes on here and bullies Sven Me too, it's what football is all about, my close friends support mainly leicester and i have some mates who support forest, stoke and brum but we all have a good laugh. P.S Not bullying sven, just think he's a playboy manager ( remember ulrikakakaka), who's done nothing in english league football. FACT.
leicesterram Posted 1 August 2011 Posted 1 August 2011 Yes it has, I was asking how your club is well run and ours isn't?I've no idea if our club is being run properly or badly, most of the noises coming out are positive, we'll have to wait and see. I'm going on what i have seen over the last couple of seasons, we now just have the mortgage on pride park, players wages are consistent with the league we play in ( now sav and varney have gone), Players are coming in who want to play for the club, ( we know this because shackell, bryson, and tyson were all offered more money elsewhere). And may i add that all these players were subject to other accepted offers from other clubs. Now svens buying up all his old man city buddies, and others, and it could go pear shaped, i have spoke to my mates about this and they tend to agree with me, i think you have some good players anyway, weale, king, dyer, wellens, waghorn. when sven come in he droppred weale and stuck that portugese goalie in?????????. why. It could upset the squad already there, who had, in the previous season got to the playoffs. Thats why it think the club is being run.....not poorly so to speak, but without due care and as iv'e said, if you don't go up....
Bugg Posted 1 August 2011 Posted 1 August 2011 i think you have some good players anyway, weale, king, dyer, wellens, waghorn.
Richard Posted 1 August 2011 Posted 1 August 2011 Yes he did bud, he just bought pants players, the owners saw this and sacked him. P.S Not bullying sven, just think he's a playboy manager ( remember ulrikakakaka), who's done nothing in english league football. FACT. Many Man City fans feel that Sven did a good job and that it was only once Elano became injured that the side started to falter and they sacked him. Many feel that he'd have done a much better job then Hughes did with the money. Mills would've been a premiership player if we didn't offer the wages we did. I believe he was odds on to sign for Wolves untill we offered more than they could afford. And nothing against him as I used to be a Burton season ticket holder a few years back in the BSP but what has Clough done? Now I can see what Derby are doing, signing some young hungry players who could develop into a team in a few years. Problem is when you have another 3 years of lower half midtable then the fans will want him gone, you were calling for his head las season. Sven's signed a few individuals but most have a link to someone at the club. No different to Nige bringing in Deeney, Buxton etc. Peltier - worked with Faz at Huddersfield St. Ledger - Good mates with Gally apparently? Johnson, Ball, Fernandes - All worked under Sven at Man City Vassel (although last season's signing) - Sven gave him his England caps Pantsil and Konchesky played together at Fulham?
Fox92 Posted 1 August 2011 Posted 1 August 2011 He has acheived nothing yet, only finishing lower than pearson did the season before. Even though I love and admire Pearson for what he did with Leicester, I have to say that Sven only joined in October 2010. Thats months after the season started, and he took control of a generally poor team that were near the bottom of the league. Because he joined when he did, he had no time to buy players, only loan them. And most of his loan signings were excellent. We might have finished higher than our previous fifth place finish if Sven and the owners would have had a summer.
