David Guiza Posted 6 August 2011 Posted 6 August 2011 I went with Fernandes as it looks like most people have. Got around the pitch extremely well and barely ever gave the ball away. Could have got a goal after winning the ball on the edge of the box.

Can't believe nobody else has mentioned Abe, he was quality and looked comfortable at right back. In the end I went for Wellens, great cross for Pelts goal and lovely bit of skill leading up to their red card. Well done Bobby Davro.

I was surprised to see him start but if today is anything to go by he is a cracking signing, exactly what we've been missing in midfield. His movement was good, he passed the ball well with pace and accuracy, and when we didn't have possession he helped break down their game and made some good challenges. He just generally bossed it, much better than Wellens on and off the ball.

When we hasd the ball he was never more that 10-15 yards away from it showing a option for a simple pass and keep the play ticking along nicely, he was that good on saturday, just wait til he is settled at the club and we could be looking at the best CM in the league. thought every1 had a good game to be fair, the whole midfield were great i thought......great start!!
