To the Wellens doubters....

How do you like them apples ?

They were pears and he played like he had a pair....

Went down like a girl to get Baker sent off and despite his usual bluff and bluster created nothing of note in open play.

Fernandez and Abe did most of the donkey work giving Wellens the freedom of the park and he did absolutely bugger all bar slow the play down with his showboating then try to play clever balls into a well set defence.

Typical Wellens performance in fact....

He had a good game but let's see if he can do it consistently before you get all gobshitey about him!

He had an absolute shocker in the 1st half when he had the chance to play Nugent in!

You're getting snappy just because he disagrees about Wellens?

Did well today, worthy of his starting place. If I had to pick one of the midfilders who should feel his position is under threat I would choose Danns, Although maybe not seeing as we'll be missing Vassel for a while.

The bloke can do nothing right, obviously...

People forget that football is a team game, but if you want to talk about individual performances today he was the second best player behind Fernandes and also delivered the cross for the goal.

Typical Leicester fans, always looking to moan about something.

Looks like Richie will be the scapegoat this year. Shame we can't all just support the team rather than single out individuals to criticise every season.

Or maybe those doubts aren't totally eradicated by one good, if unspectacular, performance?

He might go missing next week, Then again he might play a blinder. He wasn't that creative today given that he had plenty of space in which to work.

I believe he will offer a lot this season. But I don't think he did anything today that would make people suddenly sit up and take notice if they hadn't before.

Abe and Fernandez gave Wellens the freedon of the park today and he still created next to nothing, I find that pretty worrying....

I don't think Danns was that good today but he started out wide right, then had to try and play the support role for our lone striker, neither exactly his regular position. He tried to do a job for the team and was just about ok, no more.

Bit worrying that Sven is already trying to get 4 central midfielders into a 4-3-3.......:dunno:

Yeah......your obviously the MASTEBATER of them all !

If you were going to make the tiresome, and terribly unoriginal, play of going for the group onanism thing -> then it would be 'mass debater'. It still wouldn't be funny because it is dull and obvious.

How the frig has a tool your size, larger than a 1/2" torque wrench, not made it onto my block list before this moment? If only your real tool was as big as your online persona.

@ stu

He wasn't the 2nd best that's between Yuki or Bamba, nobody is moaning about his performance its just the OP is going on like he ran the show today when he didn't.

Just did a decent job with a good free kick for the goal!
