They have a few problems with regard to ground ownership though and you're not being unkind in calling Mansfield a shithole. The BSP title is likely to go to an even bigger shithole this season though in my opinion.

Use of management speak - check Referring to the Mansfield as a business, instead of football club - check Patronising references to 'the fans' - check 'the fans are the most important part of this business' Bonus points for; Terrible delivery and clearly reading (terrible) notes - forgiveable maybe given inexperience Previous experience in 'the fashion industry' being useful 'strategies can be utilised between fashion & football' Slightly sinister (for club staff anyway) references to streamlining
