All I have been told (from someone who would know, nothing to do with the club) is that Hughes doesn't want it (no idea whether he's even under consideration anyway).

The rest of the info from the same person was to do with O'Neill and that all turned up in national newspapers hours later so I'd suggest it's pretty reliable.

The only reason I mention it is so that people think twice before backing him!
