The Foxes have also joined Forest and Ipswich in the race to sign Leyton Orient attacker George Porter, 19. Another player Leciester are looking at is Southend midfielder Kane Ferdinand, also 19, as are a host of fellow Championship clubs.

NP will need at least a fortnight to properly assess who he may need and I can say with some certainty that this will not be the caliber of player he will be looking at signing. Certainly if he has aspirations of improving the squad and team.

For the CB.. i can only assume one of our current four wants out... wants regular footy and that would be SSL i would imagine... possibly Bamba who has been linked to some big teams... The other lads... well i am all for signing promising young players.... And before Thracian gets to read that... ours just have never been good enough - or they would of gone on to better clubs than us
