Weale signs for Northampton town on loan

Why do some folks have to be so abusive. Weale played some good games for us and although he is not in the same class as Kasper he certainly does not deserve the abuse some of you have given him on here. When he was replaced by Ricardo last year the whole crowd were shouting his name to come back. Good luck to him for the future

Then people wonder why some players won't come to Leicester

Shouldnt have made a difference.

No keeper should let a shot in from that distance or angle.

Complete shit.

Hardly his biggest howler. That goal was more to do with Whittingham's brilliance and the referee not doing his job more than Weale. The foul was commited about 3 yards from the sideline and went in off the post. Fine margins.

No it was due to shit goalkeeping and whilst it wasnt his worst error, it was certainly the most costly.

Crap.

Actually worse and more costly was coming halfway when we conceded the penalty, just when they looked to have run out of ideas. Which again, wouldn't have been an issue had the officials done their job properly.

Pipe down cvnt.

He may have made a few howlers but also made plenty of great saves, particularly in League One when he was a key part of the side that got us back up to the Championship. So he's not good enough for us now? So fvcking what. He's served us well and normal fans with a modicum of intelligence will simply wish him well for the future.

On the Weale vs Cardiff situation, it is the Goalkeepers job to set up his defensive wall and the fact that he selected a 1 man wall consisting of Fatty Fryupp in it was a major blunder on his part.

That's what I love about this forum.

'Modicum of intelligence' yet he sights Chris Weale as a 'key part of the side that got us back up to the Championship'.

Absolute retards on here sometimes.

And to those dissing me for not sucking the guy off, **** you. He was shit whilst he was here and if recognising mediocrity makes me a bad fan then I feel sorry for you.

I wouldnt ever boo a player whilst at the stadium and if he was in the team then i'd back him all the way as I would any player. But the realisation has come that Chris Weale is ****ing shit and I for one hopes that this move becomes permanant.

The sooner the shit from the squad ****s off, the quicker we can start to realise the dream of promotion. Until then we'll remain pushovers.

I was on a rant, you're right.

My point still stands. :P

Can see it now...

Chris Weale, hoofs it to Akinfenwa...

GOLLLLLLLL!

More chance of an Akinfenwa backpass and Weale missing the ball completely.

Had one very good season, he then turned abysmal.

Good luck to him.

I'm assuming then that you would want the vast majority of our squad to leave because if you look at it objectively then most of them are nothing more than mediocre.

Like all players of his level Weale had some good games and some bad games. As far as I can tell he tried his best for us, didn't publicly throw his toys out of the pram when Ricardo was brought in and has been what one might call a professional journeyman pro footballer. Does this justify the level of vitriol and abuse that you and some others seem to throw at him? No it doesn't. I'm afraid I just don't see the need for this kind of abuse but if it is the only way in which you feel able to express yourself then so be it.

Good luck at Northampton, Chris.

Hope you can help them get out of the relegation zone.

I do also believe you need a fresh start somewhere else.

You had some potential, then you somehow lost the plot and will forever be remembered for your howlers against shots from long range.
