He sued us in a civil case which was different to his employment tribunal and won the civil case because he had already been fined ( punished) for the same incident... The employment tribunal was different.

Not having a dig here but how good was Bert a few years back? I've only been posting reg for about a year and the strike rate from his sources isnt great from what I have seen. (not having a dig Bert, just facts)

Nothing personal at all Bert, in fact I think I explained the last one (which was probably 6 months ago) had nothing to do with you and was more of a general observation. I've never said you shouldn't post stuff on here etc and you are free to post whatever you want (within reason ). But like I say, I just think on on this occasion more caution would have been better. To quote Spiderman (yes I really am going to quote Spiderman). "WIth great power, comes great responsibility". Whether I beleive it or not doesn't matter, many people do beleive everything you say, and they are quick to repeat what you say as gospel. Rumour or no rumour. Anyway... i'm off home.

You clearly did have some sort of insider knowledge and clout at some point, no doubt about that from the reputation you have got on here, followers on twitter etc etc Is the source still the same?

I don't see how people get so worked up over 'sources' and RUMOUR, I think people need to wake up and smell the coffee and realise its an INTERNET FORUM, and people are getting their knickers in a twist because of sources about FOOTBALL. I believe there are more important issues to be worked up about..
