Tailking to a " celery lover" last night in the boozer and he tells me , Chelsea hate being attacked & that is theyre biggest weakness & our only

chance of getting a result ,

Nigel..... tell the team to go for the """""""JUGULAR """"""from the first whistle please

Or we will be thrashed ..............

I do agree that we need to pressure Chelsea, and not rely on trying for a draw.

Unless we rise above our current form, we will be beaten, but the Cup is a great leveller, and I do believe it is possible to win, even if it takes a replay.

If Luiz is playing we stand a chance of a Peno for sure speically with dyer, Beckford, Danns running at them this is why I think Gallagher may be worth the risk but I dunno he needs to put a good shift in if he does start.

We have nothing to loose. We are not expected to win. I think we should just go and attack.

Agree entirely. As long as they go out there and fight and not let their heads go down if we go behind that's all we can ask.

Can't wait for it though. Proud to be the only side outside the Premiership now in the Cup.

Don't know what the music is they play when they come on but I hope it's Chelsea dagger like at cov cuz I thought that was really funny 1st day when we outsung them with their own song and they all sat down.

We do have something to lose... A game at Wembley....

I hope we don't just go gun Ho cos we'd probably get mauled.

A tactically sound performance is needed, like we did at Norwich.

This game ain't beyond us if we play to our strengths.

Players need to be taken out of their comfort zones. You defend well and attack well once and you can win. We almost did so against Man City. We do have capable players and if we go out there with nothing to lose we can score.

All I ask is we try to attack. If we try to attack and lose I can live with it, if we show no ambition and pace going forward I will be extremely disappointed.

All i want from today is.

Beckford gives 100% and shows he wants to be here. Kasper is on form as usual. 6,000 strong loud and proud for the whole 90 minutes. I want us to not embarrass ourselves. I want us to score as being in that 6,000 will be insane. I want a beer and burger before hand...errrrrr. Am I asking too much?

We attacked and got caught out by their pace up top, wasn't a good idea playing so high against such a quality side away...

What else did you expect from Morgan and Bamba?

So you didn't get 'the point'

lol

I'm a Pearson fan.. I think he has good man management skills.

This season, however, I think he's been a bit tactically naive IMO. Yesterday being a case in point.

Yes, we were against a vibrant Chelski side... But it sounds like it could have been 6 or 7...

Completely over run...

If they still had AVB as manager i think the gung-ho attitude might have paid dividends but as they are resurgent under Di Matteo it was never going to work like that

I am also a Pearson fan. But playing Bamba and Morgan did you expect anything other than a high line which was detrimental against Chelsea.

Yes they could have 6 or 7 but we could have had 4 or 5.

But I agree when you say Pearson has been tactically naive!
