AoWW Posted 18 March 2012 Posted 18 March 2012 Was only able to listen on the radio today but our fans sounded fucking awesome and never stopped singing. So much so, I felt they deserved their own thread as a tribute to their support. The result might have been disappointing but I'm proud to be a Leicester fan today. :worship:
Guest Posted 18 March 2012 Posted 18 March 2012 Proud to be Leicester today. Fantastic support. Well done
HoustonFox Posted 18 March 2012 Posted 18 March 2012 This. We sounded awesome. Had the game on surround sound too. Good work to those lucky enough to be there
ScouseFox Posted 18 March 2012 Posted 18 March 2012 Henry Winter @henrywinter 3-1. Top finish from Beckford. He loves scoring in the FA Cup. Pounces after Danns hits post. Reward for #lcfc fans who've been terrific TheFA.com @thefadotcom GOAL! Chelsea 3-1 Leicester. Jermaine Beckford scores in front of their noisy 6000 fans. #FACup
cc_star Posted 18 March 2012 Posted 18 March 2012 TBH I only heard them in the 2nd half, don't know if it was ESPN's mics or what sounded like a crowd of 600 in the first half, but an absolute army of 60,000 in the second. awesome as usual away from home imagine if we could do it at home
english77 Posted 18 March 2012 Posted 18 March 2012 Super even on French TV thay said how good the supporters from Leicester were !!!!!!!!!!!!! we sounded the best

Dylan Posted 18 March 2012 Posted 18 March 2012 On the coach back, despite the result been a great day out. Wondering how loud we sounded on TV? Chelsea fans were literally silent- not even a small section of noise. We kept going through the 90 and thought we were great! Even the celebration for Beckfords goal was crazy despite it being a consolation goal!
GBLCFC Posted 18 March 2012 Posted 18 March 2012 TBH I only heard them in the 2nd half, don't know if it was ESPN's mics or what sounded like a crowd of 600 in the first half, but an absolute army of 60,000 in the second. awesome as usual away from home imagine if we could do it at home We are getting better at home atmosphere wise. At least we have the scarve waving which looks very good and is alot better than quite alot of other grounds.
El_Sieffsi Posted 18 March 2012 Posted 18 March 2012 On coach back to Leicester and have GOT to say..absolutely great LCFC support,anyone..ANYONE who moans about our home support should take a trip to Chelsea,we're still laughing and are a little in shock, at how quiet and lifeless a prem teams so called fans can be THAT bad!!..I've farted louder than they were..never has the chant "your support is Effing Sh!t" been so true.LCFC fans..LOUD AND PROUD..THAT'S SUPPORT!! Glad LCFC fans liked my "Chelsea is a skidmark on the sh!thole that is London" chant..pc plod wasn't too happy though, feck em I say..freedom of speech!!

Lobsterboyuk Posted 18 March 2012 Posted 18 March 2012 We'll sing on our own! We'll sing on our own! You're so quiet We'll sing on our own Ssshhhhhh
Saxondale Posted 18 March 2012 Posted 18 March 2012 Absolutely superb, well done boys. We showed them what a proper support looks like, in front of an opposition support comprising 20% cockney mentalists, 40% prawn sandwich twats and 40% schoolboys from the home counties and beyond. We're a proper club and WE'RE MASSIVE!
Candidcamera Posted 18 March 2012 Posted 18 March 2012 Watched it on ESPN and the Leicester end was mighty today. I'm sure it kept the team going and when they scored the fans were great. The level of the support was heard loud & clear.
nealsimbo Posted 18 March 2012 Posted 18 March 2012 well loud, put boring chelsea fans to shame.hope we never get like them if we ever became succesful and won all the tme.
21st Century Fox Posted 18 March 2012 Posted 18 March 2012 I got a few videos from the East Stand, I'll upload them later. We sounded immense today, it was painful not being able to join in. Who had the black blow-up doll? Looked hilarious being beach balled around.
Yojoe36 Posted 18 March 2012 Posted 18 March 2012 Who had the black blow-up doll? It was all fun until the little hitler steward went up and popped it.
Simmo86 Posted 18 March 2012 Posted 18 March 2012 The Chelsea tourists in the East Lower spent the whole game taking photos of us! Never seen support like it!
Corky Posted 18 March 2012 Posted 18 March 2012 Thought we were better at Norwich, but that was probably because it was a more even game throughout. We were still very good today.
Libertine Dream Posted 18 March 2012 Posted 18 March 2012 Thought we were better at Norwich, but that was probably because it was a more even game throughout. We were still very good today. I think the fact there were only 2400 at Norwich helped. Personally I think 3000 always sounds better than 6000, seems to get diluted with large numbers like at Forest away.
Simmo86 Posted 18 March 2012 Posted 18 March 2012 Thought we were better at Norwich, but that was probably because it was a more even game throughout. We were still very good today. We always seem to struggle when we take bigger numbers
StanSP Posted 18 March 2012 Posted 18 March 2012 Having sat in the Chelsea end, I was able to see it all in action. It was flippin awesome. Couldn't have asked for better support! Fantastic stuff and those who were part of it should be very proud. Got a few pictures which I'll try and get up later this week. Well done, all 6000 of you!
Corky Posted 18 March 2012 Posted 18 March 2012 We did have some decent chants, about Torres, Cech and Kalou.
