acooling08 Posted 18 March 2012 Posted 18 March 2012 Loved it when a chelsea fan stood up in the stand opposite the tunnel and started gesturing at some City fans. We all started abusing him with 'You fat bastard'. He looked around at his fellow Chelsea fans and waved his hands in the air for some support, and they all just sat there and laughed at him Outside the ground at the end was equally awesome for me. We were still singing and the Chelsea fans were in silence walking past us. Most of them were smiling at us, envious of the support. I've been in that position before with dull home fans being jealous of the away following at the KP. Also love the awkard moment where you go to sing 'Whooaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh' for the 50th time in the game and your voice just dies and sqeaks

Londoners usually scare me. High risk.

We all started abusing him with 'You fat bastard'. He looked around at his fellow Chelsea fans and waved his hands in the air for some support, and they all just sat there and laughed at him Some guy did that just behind us - we were actually in that stand but sat virtually opposite the tunnel, but doubt you are on about him . He started signing 'woaahh' thinking he could get Chelsea fans to join in but in the end it was just like a lead balloon for him . I can't praise all of you enough. The main things that are sticking in my mind today are Marshall's goal, the scarf-waving and the loudness of our fans all throughout the match.
Guy Posted 18 March 2012 Posted 18 March 2012 Sounds like I missed a treat although the surround sound on my TV system cushioned the blow a little and I could hear all the nuances and lesser chants in the crowd that you wouldn't otherwise hear on a normal TV or indeed if watching in the pub where they'd have been drowned out! Nice one to the 6,000 who were lucky enough to get tickets, wish I had been one of you and there in person! Let's hope the atmosphere picks up a little more at the KP now too!
Gold Coast Fox Posted 18 March 2012 Posted 18 March 2012 I was strolling through London waving my scarf and flag belting out the 'We Love You' chant all the way back to the train. Londoners usually scare me. High risk. As was i! Soon stopped and hid my scarf after some big bloke gave me evils for calling him a 'Cockney tw@t'
21st Century Fox Posted 18 March 2012 Posted 18 March 2012 Out of interest, how much were they selling those half & half Leicester/Chelsea scarves for outside the ground?
acooling08 Posted 18 March 2012 Posted 18 March 2012 Out of interest, how much were they selling those half & half Leicester/Chelsea scarves for outside the ground? Guy a few streets up from the stadium was selling them for £5. But 99% of Leicester fans already had ours
Basingstoke Fox Posted 19 March 2012 Posted 19 March 2012 Out of interest, how much were they selling those half & half Leicester/Chelsea scarves for outside the ground? My Chelsea mate bought his for 8 quid before the game. They were 5 pounds afterwards.
Leicester_Loyal Posted 19 March 2012 Posted 19 March 2012 Their stewards were absolute *****. And Lampard is a **** for trying to wind our fans up, then he shat it when a few lads tried to get over the barrier and at him
class 1 Posted 19 March 2012 Posted 19 March 2012 Their stewards were absolute *****. And Lampard is a **** for trying to wind our fans up, then he shat it when a few lads tried to get over the barrier and at him i like how **** got through , cant imagine what the other word was lampard is a **** , mind so is terry , oh & cole , oh yeah & dogbowl
Finnegan Posted 19 March 2012 Posted 19 March 2012 Was great where we were behind the goal in the lower. Second half especially. "Take off your 'at, take off your 'at, it's not rugby, take off your 'at!" Doesn't work on so many levels but I still belted it out. Honestly speaking there aren't all that many better sets of fans in the country than us when we're in the mood we were in today. Shame it's not like that every game! yeah I was just to the right of the goal on the lower tier, that was probably one of my favourite chants.
samlcfc1 Posted 19 March 2012 Posted 19 March 2012 Still the blue waves rolled towards a Shed end that belonged to Leicester’s wonderfully voluble fans for the day. As Torres attempted to relocate his penalty-box satnav, Leicester finished the second half strongly. Beckford, a former Chelsea youth-team player, twice threatened. Then Cahill dawdled, gifting possession to Danns, who was denied only by a magnificent stretching save from Petr Cech. Telegraph
norfolkfox222 Posted 19 March 2012 Posted 19 March 2012 It might just be me but i sware at the end of the game i saw Gary Cahill turn to us and appauled for a few seconds?? Any1 else see it? Probably misjudging the situation but i thought it was nice of him.
MC Prussian Posted 19 March 2012 Posted 19 March 2012 It might just be me but i sware at the end of the game i saw Gary Cahill turn to us and appauled for a few seconds?? Any1 else see it? Probably misjudging the situation but i thought it was nice of him. I've heard Torres applauded Marshall for his goal.
Danny the Fox 95 Posted 19 March 2012 Posted 19 March 2012 From where I was standing. Danny The Fox 95, that wasn't you in the front row in fancy dress was it? I was wearing an LMFAO fancy dress costume just about 10 rows above them!
Danny the Fox 95 Posted 19 March 2012 Posted 19 March 2012 Did anyone see the guy on the upper tier at Chelsea wearing an LMFAO costume?
Finnegan Posted 19 March 2012 Posted 19 March 2012 I saw a few people in fancy dress. I thought they all looked like attention seeking little bellends. This thread proved me right.
martyn Posted 19 March 2012 Posted 19 March 2012 It might just be me but i sware at the end of the game i saw Gary Cahill turn to us and appauled for a few seconds?? Any1 else see it? Probably misjudging the situation but i thought it was nice of him. Yeah i saw this. He said after the game that his mind was all over the place due to the Muamba situation but would like to think it was genuine.
GLC Posted 19 March 2012 Posted 19 March 2012 You've just said it was you in the fans thread.... so why start a new thread?
GLC Posted 19 March 2012 Posted 19 March 2012 TBH our away fans would be a credit to any club. so proud to be a leicester fan. I love going away from home, atmosphere is amazing
NiftyFox Posted 19 March 2012 Posted 19 March 2012 "Can you hear the Chelsea sing, noooooooo nooooooooooo I can't hear a f*****g thing" Outsung them the whole match, great support yesterday and it looked amazing when all 6000 twirled our flags.
StanSP Posted 19 March 2012 Posted 19 March 2012 I've heard Torres applauded Marshall for his goal. Yeah he did. And I think after Beckford's goal Wellens asked for Torres' shirt and Torres pointed towards Konchesky saying he's already giving it to him .
Burmesefox Posted 19 March 2012 Posted 19 March 2012 One thing I would say is that away fans always outsing home fans so I wouldnt be too harsh on Chelsea for being outsung - that's the way it goes nowadays. The " you're supposed to be at home chant" should be sung by home fans to away fans as "You're supposed to be away".
The Year Of The Fox Posted 19 March 2012 Posted 19 March 2012 Well, I thought our support was dire. That's not me trying to be contoversial. Anyone sat in the lower tier from about row 10 backwards will know what I mean. We were in our own little word there. And as for anyone saying their ground is quality, take a look at this picture http://t.co/epYlJgok Hope that works. Taken from row 14. Obviously we didnt watch it from thrte, we all bunched up on a couple of rows lower down. Even from there I wasn't aware that Chelsea had a giant screen at the top of their stand until full time when I went to have a word with the steward about our shit seats
