LCFC_FAN_1995 Posted 24 March 2012 Posted 24 March 2012 Might have Moore RB with Peltier into holding midfield or RM with Marshall playing CM? Peltier will play Cm if Moore plays RB, Peltier played CM for the most of the Chelsea game and did good IMO On SSN says Danns, Wellens and Drinkwater face fitness tests, Schlupp may start
Out Foxed Posted 24 March 2012 Posted 24 March 2012 after reading the thread title numerous times...i just got the joke. dull = hull hilarious
FrankieADZ Posted 24 March 2012 Posted 24 March 2012 Might have Moore RB with Peltier into holding midfield or RM with Marshall playing CM? I could see that happening if the trio aren't fit.

StanSP Posted 24 March 2012 Author Posted 24 March 2012 after reading the thread title numerous times...i just got the joke. dull = hull hilarious . lol. Been waiting all season for it. Got beaten to the away game. Was a momentous occasion. I feel so proud.
StanSP Posted 24 March 2012 Author Posted 24 March 2012 2-1 City, Beckford double. Simple. You do know this is Leicester City? We don't do things in a 'simple' way!

DANGEROUS TIGER Posted 24 March 2012 Posted 24 March 2012 I admit that I have interest now, as we shall neither go up. nor down. I shall be very interested in whatever happens during the close season. Now, back I go to sleep.

I think Marshall will start after a couple of impressive sub apperances.
foxesfan1989 Posted 24 March 2012 Posted 24 March 2012 What team would people play today then? I'm no manager but its fun to try: Kasp Bamba St Ledge Mills Konch Marshall Danns Drinkwater Dyer Beckford Nuge I realise this is never going to be todays lineup, but its what i would play. We need some changes.

onecapwonder Posted 24 March 2012 Posted 24 March 2012 Interesting... you'd hope Schlupp would be playing as a wide striker rather than a winger, can't see any reason to drop Becks or Nugent. I think Marshall will start after a couple of impressive sub apperances. By Tuesday we'll have played 4 games in the space of 9 days if we have players we can swap into the team we should probably do it to give others a rest. Schlupp is supposed to be a great prospect and did well against Birmingham, the season is pretty much over so we really risk nothing by playing him and giving Nugent/Beckford a match off. Its not either of those two being dropped its just resting them and letting a bright young player get a chance. I'd suggest playing Kennedy in stead of Konch for the same reasons and even Moore at right back. Some of our players have played almost every game this season and the 4 matches in 9 days may just be too much, its probably not a coincidence that we've just lost Wellens, Danns and Drinkwater after playing three straight weeks of Sat/Tues or Sun/Wed often with no central midfield cover on the bench. Edit. We have had Drinkwater on the bench but he's hasn't replaced Wellens or Danns in the whole of March. Looking at the BBC site, Danns has played through all 90mins of all our games in March, Wellens has had just 25mins off. Thats a lot of minutes, especially for Wellens.
sphericalfox Posted 24 March 2012 Posted 24 March 2012 This could be either a miraculous game where everything goes right, or simply go the other direction and everything goes wrong. I don't see a draw here today.

sphericalfox Posted 24 March 2012 Posted 24 March 2012 nailed on 0-0 now youve said that!!!! Well okay maybe 1-1 because of our dodgy defending Ha! On paper this just reeks of a loss. Though, maybe Pearson is playing a dummy card...the midfield is absent to foil Hull's plans. In an hours time we shall see.

cc_star Posted 24 March 2012 Posted 24 March 2012 Thought Moore was out for the season? He'll go 433 if we're a midfielder light, sorted.
Cropwellfox Posted 24 March 2012 Posted 24 March 2012 Geoff peters saying wellens out, Marshall in, Danns captain. Good choice if true
