The way it's filmed is very clever, always has me in stitches.

Modern Family is sensational. Everyone I know has had exactly the same reaction to it, including myself. It starts with "this looks like shit" moves on to "... I'm really not going to like this" and ends up with "ROFL."

It's genuinely excellent, I was concerned at first because it just looked at a poor attempt to be Arrested Development but it really has cut it's own niche. Has me in stitches.

I just can't watch American stuff. I'd probably like some of it if I gave it a chance but I just can't get past the initial cringey feeling. Very few funny things shown and you only ever seem to get repeats of most of the decent shows. Possibly doesn't count as being 'on TV' because it was one off airing but watched Four Lions the day before yesterday and that had me in stitches.

I with FIF on this one, don't find it funny, there will be a couple of amusing moments in an episode but generally I have found boring and predictable.

Raw Dykes is going to disagree with me on this one, but Family guy is still the most consistently funny thing on TV at the moment.
