NottsFox Posted 21 April 2012 Posted 21 April 2012 What does everyone think the gate will be on monday night? I know Burnley was poor (19806) understandably as well considering a mini bus from burnley turned up but I do feel like I want to end the season in unity with the players and get behind the team and create positivity ahead of next season. My guess is 24500 cus west ham will bring a fair few as well.
burni Posted 21 April 2012 Posted 21 April 2012 It's on a Monday, only pride left to play for and on sky which wont help, 23,100. If it was an important game and not televised I reckon it could of been 26k
Fox92 Posted 21 April 2012 Posted 21 April 2012 West Ham will fill it, they do have good support, especially away from home. I think this is only West Ham's second visit as well. Think the attendance would have been good for a Saturday (3.00pm) match, not sure if the time and tv has put people off. It certainly isn't a good time for Hammers' fans. I imagine more than 20k. I'll take a guess at 23,457.
Corky Posted 21 April 2012 Posted 21 April 2012 If it had been today then towards 26-27k most probably (plenty will have bought tickets with us still in with half a chance). Now it'll be around 22k.
Dan Posted 21 April 2012 Posted 21 April 2012 22k. Pricing is an absolute disgrace. We'll get beat. The kick-off time is crap. Honestly if this was the Burnley game on Monday night I honestly think it'd be about 17k.
ta-fc Posted 21 April 2012 Posted 21 April 2012 My mate his mate and his two lads are going plus my mate from work got a ticket for his birthday so I'm going to say 5 for deffo! I'll stick my neck out and say 5
Mike the Metal Ed Posted 21 April 2012 Posted 21 April 2012 Just over 22,500. 19,000 seems standard home support for matches that home fans don't turn up for, and West Ham will fill it if Southampton fail to win today.
Karljohn Posted 21 April 2012 Posted 21 April 2012 Not sure West Ham will travel in that bigger numbers, may be resigned to play offs tonight, plus its monday night, its on sky, and pricing is crazy. Reward for those folk who cannot commit to a ST but attend lots of games is a "platinum" price for a tinpot fixture.
Father Ted Posted 21 April 2012 Posted 21 April 2012 I reckon a few will turn up because it's West Ham - I'm going for 24,536
LCFC_FAN_1995 Posted 21 April 2012 Posted 21 April 2012 24k, only because West Ham will sell out more than likely
Carter The Boss Posted 21 April 2012 Posted 21 April 2012 Can't see it being above 22. On Sky, Monday night etc etc
leicesterisme Posted 21 April 2012 Posted 21 April 2012 Reckon West Ham will bring a few more than they would have been looking at this afternoon before Southamptons result. 23,169.
ScouseFox Posted 21 April 2012 Posted 21 April 2012 I'm not going. But I count because I have an ST. I'm guessing there'll be a few like that seen as it's Monday, on Sky and we're shit. Recorded att. probably around 23k but less in the actual ground.
