Dan Posted 23 April 2012 Posted 23 April 2012 It's typical really, if he'd stayed fit he'd be the best defender at the club. Been completely unlucky with his career here, such a shame. Wouldn't be surprised if you did sign him, he'll be released unfortunately.

foxesfan1989 Posted 23 April 2012 Posted 23 April 2012 I actually thought he showed some promise in a couple of the games, made some good interceptions and headers in the Forest game. But then he disappeared off the map again. There's no chance he will be with us next season.

In fact I seem to remember Matt 'Prodigal's Son' Mills got a place on the bench a few weeks back ahead of Tunchev. I thought he looked very wobbly when he was playing for us.

Tunch had a decent game at Forest in the cup match, but had a shocker (along with the rest of the team) in the following game against Barnsley. After that he pretty much disappeared from the radar. Presumably the manager was no longer able to trust his fitness. Good luck to him in the future, though, wherever he ends up..

Will be leaving in the summer We've been paying him whilst he's been injured for a couple of years We played him against Crystal Palace away and didn't look the same player and got subbed at half time, don't think he's been in the squad since
Guesty Posted 23 April 2012 Posted 23 April 2012 Was good-got injured-came back and didn't look as good anymore. Hope he finds a good club, seems like a good players whose been badly affected by injuries. 2 years out of the game is gonna affect even the best players.

I can definitely tell you that CSKA wants him this season, they wanted him in the winter but you gus didn't agree or something.

paulsherwood1 Posted 24 April 2012 Posted 24 April 2012 Another thread where LCFC fans hark back to a fallen hero. Tunch played well for us in League 1, he has been decimated by injury and managed a few games at Palace. He is not the answer, stop looking backwards and look forwards.
