Webbo Posted 27 April 2012 Posted 27 April 2012 £811,000 on JustGiving now, although a friend on Facebook who knew her just posted that they've hit £1,000,000 total. That would probably be with the gift aid added.
DB11 Posted 27 April 2012 Posted 27 April 2012 Even now you still press F5 about 10 seconds and the number of donations goes up by about 6 or something!
Rincewind Posted 27 April 2012 Posted 27 April 2012 Russell Howard just ended his show with her story.
DANGEROUS TIGER Posted 29 April 2012 Posted 29 April 2012 RIP Claire. Your effort will always be remembered.
RonnieTodger Posted 30 April 2012 Posted 30 April 2012 Tragic but also incredible to have surpassed the £1m mark RIP Claire

Doesn't stop all the plebs making her out to be some kind of sodding Lance Armstrong cheat.
MC Prussian Posted 30 January 2013 Posted 30 January 2013 Not sure if its already been said, but this terrific person has rasied funds for a number of Charities over previous years, she sounds a vibrant, caring but decisive individual who wanted to change things for the better by her own efforts. If kids need a role model, Claire would be a goodplace to start. At least now we know to some extent where all this "energy" came from KilworthFox was talking about.

Doesn't stop all the plebs making her out to be some kind of sodding Lance Armstrong cheat. I think the relevance is that it could have played a part in her death, not that she was a drugs cheat, and you would have to be pretty retarded to come to that conclusion, so I expect it to be all over the twittersphere very soon.
Guest MattP Posted 30 January 2013 Posted 30 January 2013 Cheaters never win, winners never cheat. Unfortunately some do.
Larry_LCFC Posted 30 January 2013 Posted 30 January 2013 Cheaters never win, winners never cheat. And some people cant read. She didnt cheat?
