I do get why so many people are big fans of Beckford just about, but I'd love to know what makes you think he's any better than Nugent.

Can Leeds afford his wages?

I wouldn't think they would be prepared to pay him what he is on here. If he wants to go then he will, I imagine, have to take a pay cut. I imagine that he would expect some kind of golden handshake from us due to the fact he has not put in a transfer request though.

just says it all really if JB goes.. best striker at the club. no replacement seems to be on the cards..

I'm more worried by this sort of opinion........if people think JB is best striker at the club with what he produced for us last year then I am worried!!!! If we can get £3 million for him & Pelts then personally I would take that deal

so who outshone last season ? no one really. the whole team with all the disruptions etc wasnt very good. you dont go from premier league teams top scorer to shit.
