For those commenting about the first touch, try taking your finger off the sprint button.

I've seen twats on YouTube who constantly complained about pace and stuff like that, yet now they can't master the art of not holding RT. Faggots, i'm so glad that Fifa is changing,

Any change that's more realistic to real-life football I will accept gladly, even if it fvcks my style over, I'd rather play a realistic game than one that even I can exploit the weaknesses of.

The demo so far is quality, I love the new first touch system and the fact that it seems, so far, pace abusing won't be ruling the game.

The shooting has changed dramatically with the finesse shot not being as effective in previous versions, but lets be honest no player scores consistently from outside the box with every shot.

The attacking play from the AI is stupidly awesome, it is actually like the real game with off the ball runs, too much choice that I f**k up sometimes.

One worry I have about the game is the first touch for Championship teams, for example playing Leicester against online opponents such as Swansea and other 4* similar rated teams. I do like how the goalkeepers still have bad touches even without holding the sprint button.

Overall this game is so far looking the most realistic and enjoyable game to date. Seriously can't wait for the full game to come :D

We won't be playing against Swansea online of they are four stars.

Pretty sure I had a couple of four or high rated 3.5* teams last season, who were pacey as hell. I could be mistaken though :/

In all honesty I can't even make out what I've put :P

What I meant to say was, I'm sure that I played against teams who were 4* when I was Leicester, but as you said in a previous post that won't happen now, if I'm correct?

You play teams a certain * rating above you. We won't be playing Swansea IF they are 4 stars.....

Unless by some strange concoction of coincidences there are no 3.5* teams available to play against. I swear i have played Munich before with City!

The Web App for UT users is starting again on Tuesday 18th, 10 days before like last year.

Someone clicked on... Well I have all the ratings of what our players are on FIFA 13 on 12(edited all the players) and were three stars BUT my squad is small on the FIFA 12 version obviously it's not got the youth players on... So we'll have to see.

Just played the demo. Love how you can blast one on ones and some will go in when in previous times you could only use finesse to stand a chance of them going in and you can score from tight angles too.

Like the new first touch system - even if I highly abused Beckford's pace on FIFA 12 :ph34r:

Glad to see the crossing fixed too. Generally gameplay is rather different too... will soon see if it's a step forwards rather than backwards.

I haven't because they were already there but we do have a a few youth players yeah. Like I said I only have a small squad on 12 that's probably why we are that rating.

Anyone else finding headers really ****ing difficult? Not sure I've won a header in the opposition box yet and the AI seems to win most of them in midfield as well.

Played the Fifa demo because my laptops broke and its safe to say I wont buy it. The only football game I play regularly is FM (I hate the unrealisticness of football games and the 12 year olds that seem to swamp them), I used to play PES and sometimes still do, despite how shit it is I actually have fun because of how bad it is. Fifa I don't see as fun, I got bored after 2 games.

The thing about FM is the computers making the choices where as in Fifa its all about how good you are as a player. imo FM is boring as hell.

just went to pre order mine in asda and the woman said she they only did one (standard or Ultimate edition) but the sign said u can order either. on the PO slip it just says Fifa 13. should there not be a ultimate edition on the end of that? ??

Templates all set up just need to see the back of the normal FIFA case, get some HDPVR shots done of in game footage and we should be good to go.
