What phone should I get?

I've dealt with some shit companies and crap call centres in my time but they have been far and away the worst bunch of inept cvnts I've ever paid money to.

The signal coverage was atrocious resulting in me not being able to get online, make calls and have dropped signals as I travelled about. I eventually managed to cancel the contract after spending days trying to make myself understood to Gavin, Oonagh, Sheryl and Barry in Bombay.

They really are fvcking abysmal.

I thought this was normal practice with phone companies, maybe I should look elsewhere as you are right regarding the signals they are terrible sometimes.

As a point of interest, a dear mate of mine gave his wife herpes of the arsehole. Personally I'd have preferred something more exotic as a present from a holiday in Thailand.

They made me laugh when I phoned up to get my pac code to switch to gifgaf,

"Why are you leaving 3?"

"Because with gifgaf I can get unlimited texts and data for £10 and 260 free minutes with no contract."

"We can offer you this (can't remember exactly what it was something like £15 for unlimited texts and 500mb of data)"

"But that is a worse deal, that is why I want to change to gif gaf can you beat their deal?"

"No...but...if you use gif gaf you don't have a dedicated customer service support line, and it is all done on the internet."

"Can I have my pac code please."

Trying to sell your company as being better because of a call centre, that had just cost me 30 minutes of my life and charged me for the pleasure really didn't swing it for me.

Apart from that I had no problems with 3 but then it was pay as you go.
