Corky Posted 25 July 2012 Posted 25 July 2012 One of football's most popular and respected players has retired today. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/18981216 Oh how he'll be missed.
Jaspa Posted 25 July 2012 Posted 25 July 2012 Yeah he can F*** Off What he did to Hume was inexcusable
Corky Posted 25 July 2012 Author Posted 25 July 2012 But he's not that sort of player. Great lad off the pitch.
Guest MattP Posted 25 July 2012 Posted 25 July 2012 Wouldn't have minded him in our defence at his prime, was a complete thug mind, Warnock's perfect centre half.
leicesterisme Posted 25 July 2012 Posted 25 July 2012 Proper willy puller he was, absolute bastard of a centre half, must have been horrible to play against though to be fair.
Corky Posted 25 July 2012 Author Posted 25 July 2012 Proper willy puller he was, absolute bastard of a centre half, must have been horrible to play against though to be fair. Yes he was, a clogger with little ability.
Guest Basildon Fox Posted 25 July 2012 Posted 25 July 2012 He's a ****ing little shit. No. He is a ****ing big mental shit!! Good old fashioned limited centre half who tainted himself with some thuggish play. He is a legend at Sheff Utd. No different from Walshie who is a legend here.
Karljohn Posted 25 July 2012 Posted 25 July 2012 I recall giving him some abuse up at Bramall Lane when we first got promoted and Sheffield Utd was our first awayday back in the Championship, he came up to defend a corner and looked really confused at the abuse he was getting from our lot because of the Hume incident, never ceases to amaze me how he got away with it for so long as a Footballer, he never looked any better than a blue square meathead.
Guest ttfn Posted 26 July 2012 Posted 26 July 2012 That he did not even face a ban for what he did to Hume was disgusting, and a permanent blot on the FA's position surrounding stamping out violent play.
Father Ted Posted 26 July 2012 Posted 26 July 2012 Wouldnt be surprised to see this c*nt follow his leader to Leeds.
