Do you not play anywhere else?

Nope I haven't played football in a couple of years it would be nice to play competitively again, I am not particularly fussed what ever level it is, just what to know some teams around my area and age group that I can join up.

Play for CSKA carnabys.centre back and right back. Got two teams. Div 4 and div 7. Alliance league

Last season I was skipper of the second team winning players player in a disappointing season finishing second bottom. Will improve on that this season and firsts should challenge for promotion in div 4. Today we beat office update of the LSL 4-3 who last season won their league and a county cup to boot. I played 15-20 minute at the end. Not a lot to do but keep it tight.

My uncle manages Beacon FC,they went undefeated for 2 years!!! Best win was 23-0

Not entirely true is it, undefeated in the league maybe. They lost to Barkestone in the vase and someone else in the shield and I know full well they didn't win the Everards League Cup two years running so they lost in that as well.

Besides they were undefeated for 2 years because a load of players who were far too good to be playing at Division Four level rocked up there just so they could win a trophy and they predictabley won the league in back to back seasons, after which they got promoted to a league they probably wouoldn't win so the club folded as all their players left and joined Poplar/Royal Oak so they could win the same league again, and now, one of them has now had to fold and other is struggling because said players have probably gone back to Division Three/Four so they can try and win the same league again, and they'll probably keep doing this until they pack in. It's pointless.

What happened to whitick village fc simo? I dont keep my eye on the Charnwood leagues any more.

Anyone know anything about Thorpe Astley fc? Our second team have them in our first pre season friendly. I've heard they're div 2 in some league but I'm sure it's not alliance/LSL?

They have just been promoted from Div 3 to Div 2 in the Hinckley and District after finishing second. They were in our division last season and they were nothing special, some are more interested in kicking than playing but pass the ball around and they will get frustrated.

I played a few games for Praha in Div 3 of the Hinckley last year. Played for and managed Fosse City in the Alliance before that.

Ar right played against Praha a few times in the past. Didnt play last season though as we were in Div 2

Did they win their respective league or just get jogged up because of signing better quality players? Anyone we should watch out for? What's the quality of this division like? Bare in mind our second team finished second bottom of div 7 last season so will be a tough test even with a couple of new signings in our squad

We had to fold before the start of last season. After getting to the prem a lot of players didn't like the fact we weren't beating people every week and lost interest. Sad to see them fold as I'd been with them since the div 4 days!

The same sort of thing has happened to Swannington this year. They've been promoted to the prem, a lot of players have left and they have now folded. At least we had a season in the prem though.

Did you play for The Wheel last season?

Nah, I was playing saturdays last year. Only just joined them, but I know half of the lads anyway.

They came 2nd. No-one in particular to watch for but their better players are at Centre Mid and 1 of the Strikers if I remember rightly. The division isnt full of world beaters. I reckon they might hold their own in Div 5 of the Alliance and may be 4 at a push!

Didn't we smash you 7.0 and 7.1 respectively, did the league and cup double in the first season and finish 2nd and were narrowly beaten in the cc final?

Not too bad or a team only interested in kicking you... Don't worry if we you in the cup I'll ask the nasty boys from new parks to play nice!

Anyone know what AFC Bees Knees are like? Got them in a friendly on Sunday.

Good bunch of lads VERY quick forward!
