Is it wrong to hate a certain race?

I like the 5k but my running group wants to run the 10k and i hate it.....;0/

Not wrong per se, it's your opinion... (here comes the "however")

HOWEVER, it can be good to push your body through new barriers, I assume from the fact that you hate 10k that you have ran it before - perhaps try aiming for an ambitios new PB and set yourself a time limit to hit it.

Or if you really do hate it that much, get a new group of running mates!

Depends why you hate that particular race.

If it is for purely superficial reasons then no it isn't OK, just remember you can't judge all 10k races by those that you have experienced, even if every 10k so far has been a cvnt doesn't mean they all are just because they are 10k.

I think you need to improve your tolerance for longer races.

I think I might just ban NewquayFox anyway - can't be expected to read every thread in detail.

Only if it's those Muslamic Raygams!

You just know that lad finished that interviewing thinking, '****ing nailed it'. I can't even begin to guess what on earth a Muslamic Raygam is, thank goodness this erudite chap is out there warning us about this mysterious threat.

Oh and Newquay, 3 threads for the same joke, shame on you sir, shame on you.

I used to hate Steve Race , always plonking away on his piano saying , " can you guess this song " or " can you guess that tune "
