marbelladave Posted 19 September 2012 Posted 19 September 2012 Likewise we need some one experienced in that way of playing and who has been successful Harry Redknapp fits that criteria does he not? That is a truly horrible thought and totally wrong..... Unfortunately I can't quite work out why....... That is ultimately the key. I hope he is, but if he isn't, we don't need another overhaul of the style (unless we get in a long-ball merchant), we can possibly tweak things in certain areas. Hence my suggestions, here and elsewhere, that we need a first team (attack) coach.
Trickyfox Posted 19 September 2012 Posted 19 September 2012 I think I started this Rednapp link with city about 2 months ago.... I think I made it up when I was having a shit...

Jace Posted 19 September 2012 Posted 19 September 2012 I think I started this Rednapp link with city about 2 months ago.... I think I made it up when I was having a shit... To be fair tricky Mr Bean could of guessed Redknapp would be the Thais #1 choice if Pearson went, same as Martin O Neill last year when Sven was sacked

AyewJoking Posted 19 September 2012 Posted 19 September 2012 Is Harry interested or is this 12 pages of opinions, idea's and insults?
Mack Posted 19 September 2012 Posted 19 September 2012 Is Harry interested or is this 12 pages of opinions, idea's and insults? It's all based on what a hairy chipmunk said on the radio and what a lazy journo made up for something to write during the Football wilderness that is International week. I'm not sure if either constitute smoke, let alone the sight of flames.
Jace Posted 19 September 2012 Posted 19 September 2012 Is Harry interested or is this 12 pages of opinions, idea's and insults? I would be very surprised if he was the Leicester managers job could ruin anyones career
Number 6 Posted 19 September 2012 Posted 19 September 2012 IF Keys does have some inside information then I imagine Watford will be the club involved. Considering the way Dyche was dropped I wouldn't be at all surprised.
5waller5 Posted 19 September 2012 Posted 19 September 2012 It struck me that if there was truth in the story then the club would be ......... Brighton.
marty78 Posted 19 September 2012 Posted 19 September 2012 It struck me that if there was truth in the story then the club would be ......... Brighton. He should go back to Portsmouth and manage them for free.
Luke4leicester Posted 19 September 2012 Posted 19 September 2012 I hope its not true. Stability is the key to success! We should have learned our lesson by now. The last 9 years has seen Leicester become a revolving door for managers and it equals very little success!
Guest Col city fan Posted 19 September 2012 Posted 19 September 2012 It struck me that if there was truth in the story then the club would be ......... Brighton. Brighton would be mad to change their manager at present. They are flying high and currently have the Championships in-form striker
5waller5 Posted 19 September 2012 Posted 19 September 2012 Brighton would be mad to change their manager at present. They are flying high and currently have the Championships in-form striker But the quote was that if the manager failed to get results in the short term (or similar), and Brighton are the only club geographically that he'd be interested in,
Corky Posted 19 September 2012 Posted 19 September 2012 Harry's waiting, in his car, for the call from Sky Sources understanding a job is available.
Happy Fox Posted 19 September 2012 Posted 19 September 2012 Harry Redknapp 9/1 to taker over Leicester City http://www.skybet.com/football/specials/manager-specials
JCWfox Posted 19 September 2012 Posted 19 September 2012 Lose tonight Pearson will be gone and Redknapp in by the weekend. Fact.
Happy Fox Posted 19 September 2012 Posted 19 September 2012 Lose tonight Pearson will be gone and Redknapp in by the weekend. Fact. What happens if we draw tonight we he be given another 5 games
MattyFromLE Posted 19 September 2012 Posted 19 September 2012 If Pearson goes for Redknapp, i'll be truly devastated. The boo-boys will have won with their constant Nigel-bashing and we'll be right back where we started.
marty78 Posted 19 September 2012 Posted 19 September 2012 Lose tonight Pearson will be gone and Redknapp in by the weekend. Fact. Have you got a source other than your profile picture for that fact.
Happy Fox Posted 19 September 2012 Posted 19 September 2012 Joanne Hearne â€@JoanneHearne I have a little contact at Notts County- he told me Pearson to Leicester, Warnock to Leeds, Lambert to Villa very early on. Won me lots of £ Joanne Hearne â€@JoanneHearne He just told me Harry Redknapp is coming to Leicester. Please no. We shall see I guess.
