Happy Fox Posted 2 October 2012 Posted 2 October 2012 Leicester City â€@OfficialFOXES 3 changes for #lcfc at Huddersfield: Schmeichel, Konchesky, Drinkwater, Morgan ©, Vardy, King, Dyer, St Ledger, Moore, Knockaert, Nugent. Leicester City â€@OfficialFOXES #lcfc subs: Subs: Whitbread, Marshall, Logan, Waghorn, James, Schlupp, Futacs.
kingfox Posted 2 October 2012 Posted 2 October 2012 I correctly guessed the whole line up and the whole subs bench. Quality, Pearson must of read my line up on this forum.
ScouseFox Posted 2 October 2012 Posted 2 October 2012 No Marshall a bit of a surprise but on his last month or so he deserves to be dropped, been very poor of late. Prefer Dyer as an impact sub, mind. King coming in is the correct decision.
Mark_w Posted 2 October 2012 Posted 2 October 2012 Marshall hasn't been performing and Pearson isn't the kind of manager to let players think they're undroppable. King in for James isn't a bad descision based on the start King has made and Moore coming in has been forced. Quite happy with that team, but it's going to be a tough game.
Kitchandro Posted 2 October 2012 Posted 2 October 2012 No Marshall a bit of a surprise but on his last month or so he deserves to be dropped, been very poor of late. Prefer Dyer as an impact sub, mind. King coming in is the correct decision. Yep.
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 2 October 2012 Posted 2 October 2012 Marshall hasnt been good last two games, corect team IMO.
Lcfclee Posted 2 October 2012 Posted 2 October 2012 I've not seen him since Blackpool due to being on holiday has he been that bad and what's changed since the start of the season ?
foxesfan1989 Posted 2 October 2012 Posted 2 October 2012 Marshall is arguably our best player, but he how long do you keep persevering with a talented player who is out of form? Shows Pearson isn't afraid to make big calls. Also the disappearance of James is not a huge loss, i'm sure most would agree. Hope it pays off! 3 points tonight would be very impressive.
Harry - LCFC Posted 2 October 2012 Posted 2 October 2012 Oh dear Dyer starting is never good a thing. He's been no worse than Marshall recently. Who else would you play on the wing?
Happy Fox Posted 2 October 2012 Author Posted 2 October 2012 Nothing wrong with the team selection, Dyer starting is a good thing although lacks the final ball delivery which Marshall has he offers pace which will stretch the opposition, King and Knockaert will provide the through balls for Vardy and Nugent to latch onto.
absolutelegend Posted 2 October 2012 Posted 2 October 2012 fair enough I think. Lloyd looked dangerous at the weekend, Marshall is out of sorts. Give the lad a rest and bring on if needed.
Leicfox Posted 2 October 2012 Posted 2 October 2012 Apparently he been looking a little jaded recently. Rested rather than dropped.
marbelladave Posted 2 October 2012 Posted 2 October 2012 Happy enough with the names, how they line up is what really matters......
Guest ttfn Posted 2 October 2012 Posted 2 October 2012 Seem to remember Lloyd bagging a late winner at the Galpharm 4 years ago. Huge game.
steveherbe Posted 2 October 2012 Posted 2 October 2012 WTF? No Beckford, even on the bench? And why no Wellens, he's fit again? NFP, knows nothing.
absolutelegend Posted 2 October 2012 Posted 2 October 2012 Oh dear Dyer starting is never good a thing. Lloyd generally creates more chances than most of the others put together. I like him.
lcfcsnow Posted 2 October 2012 Posted 2 October 2012 He's been no worse than Marshall recently. Who else would you play on the wing? Loan window is open we seem to be letting players go but not replacing them, someone wide who actually has an end product needs bringing in until Marshall can find some of last seasons form.

I think we should be using the loan market too, but Pearson doesn't seem too keen on it at the minute. We do seem to have a lack of depth in some areas of the pitch, not really much choice out wide but I don't really have a problem with playing Dyer if Marshall isn't performing.
foxesfan1989 Posted 2 October 2012 Posted 2 October 2012 WTF? No Beckford, even on the bench? And why no Wellens, he's fit again? NFP, knows nothing. Agree with this! Not sure why we haven't got Maybury in at RB either...
Corky Posted 2 October 2012 Posted 2 October 2012 Can see why Marshall is out, he's not been in form and I think that his best position is similar to the one Knockaert is currently being used, so you can't really have two in the same position. Dyer will offer width and pace, hopefully with a more consistent end product, though I did like his "impact sub" role.
kingfox Posted 2 October 2012 Posted 2 October 2012 Well im just happy that I correctly guessed the whole team, so no surprises in my opinion, Marshall needs a rest and with Dyer's impact at the weekend it's no surprise to see him starting, and with De Laet injured, Moore was always going to come in, why James has struggled away from home, King did well against Boro when he came on so no surprise James has dropped to the bench again. I correctly guessed the line up two days ago, that is Dynamo magician powers that is.
