Babylon Posted 3 November 2012 Posted 3 November 2012 Waghorn and Futacs, at least we are giving it everything! Shame no Schlupp though...Waghorn has had his chance and didn't take it, Schlupp hasn't has his yet. You mean like 21 games last year and the last game we played.
kingfox Posted 3 November 2012 Posted 3 November 2012 And Waghorn is through on goal...and he falls over the ball
Matt Posted 3 November 2012 Posted 3 November 2012 Has Futacs scored? Or are people spaffing themselves cause his coming on. Happy to see him being given a chance, can't but much worse than Waggy for example, can he? Height is what we need, Futacs has height - Whether he will use his height as an advantage remains to be seen, but we need height and glad to see Pearson has finally made the change and given him his chance.
samuel Posted 3 November 2012 Posted 3 November 2012 Waghorn could still be playing next week on his own, he still wouldnt score!
Kitchandro Posted 3 November 2012 Posted 3 November 2012 Not a lot of faith in these two, but I'd rather us have two up front than one right now.
Guest Col city fan Posted 3 November 2012 Posted 3 November 2012 Hmmmm... We abandon the keeping it on the floor to be replaced by 4-4-2 and the big man... Lets hope it works.
THEBIGJOHNSTEADER; Posted 3 November 2012 Posted 3 November 2012 If we don't score today I'm going ask Bernie to hawk up some flem and spit it in my pasta
foxesfan1989 Posted 3 November 2012 Posted 3 November 2012 You mean like 21 games last year and the last game we played. Hasn't started a league game this year and almost never gets on.
Captain... Posted 3 November 2012 Posted 3 November 2012 The problem is in most games we have been holding on with a narrow lead, or when we have got a comfortable lead we have already made a few subs, the ideal situation is to bring him on when we are 1 down and throwing everything forward and they opposition are just holding on, but that hasn't really happened for a while, or when we are 3-4 goals up and coasting it, again not happened for a long while. Trying to hold on to a narrow lead it is better to have someone up front who can retain the ball well, and win it back off defenders and get back and support the midfield, which is where Vardy and Waghorn offer more than Futacs. Made this comment in the Foot-axe thread. This is why he is here, plan B, now we need him, come on Foot-axe smash it home!!!!!!!
lcfcsnow Posted 3 November 2012 Posted 3 November 2012 Or are people spaffing themselves cause his coming on. It's that strange lcfc fan obsession with big strikers who don't score goals. Never understood that one myself but each to their own.
Captain... Posted 3 November 2012 Posted 3 November 2012 It's that strange lcfc fan obsession with big strikers who don't score goals. Never understood that one myself but each to their own. Yeah lets sign Kenwyne Jones...
Swarles Barkley Posted 3 November 2012 Posted 3 November 2012 My prediciton. Futacs scores with header from a corner.
Matt Posted 3 November 2012 Posted 3 November 2012 It's that strange lcfc fan obsession with big strikers who don't score goals. Never understood that one myself but each to their own. Regards Marco Futacs - He'd struggle considering the amount of game time he has had so far.
FoxyPalace.com Posted 3 November 2012 Posted 3 November 2012 Pearson must be completely head ****ed! He is putting on players that he clearly does not rate. Happy days
Guest Posted 3 November 2012 Posted 3 November 2012 It's that strange lcfc fan obsession with big strikers who don't score goals. Never understood that one myself but each to their own. Is there any Leicester player you like other than Beckford? And why isn't he in the Huddersfield team today?
kingfox Posted 3 November 2012 Posted 3 November 2012 Yeah lets sign Kenwyne Jones... Kanu is a free agent...
Grewks Posted 3 November 2012 Posted 3 November 2012 Yeah lets sign Kenwyne Jones... Kenwyne jones > anything we have. more pace, power and aerial threat than anyone we have.
acooling08 Posted 3 November 2012 Posted 3 November 2012 It's that strange lcfc fan obsession with big strikers who don't score goals. Never understood that one myself but each to their own. Maybe it's an urge to see a talented player get more than 5 minutes of game time.
Tom17LCFC Posted 3 November 2012 Posted 3 November 2012 Game over. EDIT: Infact I take that back, we'll get a point.
