isaidno Posted 20 August 2013 Posted 20 August 2013 Kimi back to Ferrari http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/formula1/23761323 Really suprised by this if true, after they paid him off in 2009 to get Alonso.
The Horse's Mouth Posted 20 August 2013 Posted 20 August 2013 Yeah I doubt it, I don't think Kimi would play second fiddle to Alonso either.
Asha Posted 20 August 2013 Posted 20 August 2013 Kimi back to Ferrari would certainly be interesting. I'm obviously a big fan of Massa but it's time for someone else now. Ideally you want two drivers that are going to be able to fight for the Championship, and Ferrari bringing back Kimi would be so much more exciting than di Resta, Hulkenberg or Bianchi.
Amin Posted 20 August 2013 Posted 20 August 2013 After laughing at this suggestion a couple of weeks ago, it looks that this might actually happen. I don't understand why Kimi wants to go back but he must have his reasons. Maybe this is what has riled up Alonso?
isaidno Posted 20 August 2013 Posted 20 August 2013 The next 2 races should be interesting. Red Bull usually struggle in a straight line, and Spa and Monza are quick. Only 2 weeks till I fly out to Monza
Amin Posted 20 August 2013 Posted 20 August 2013 I'd of thought that Mercedes should go well at the next two tracks.
isaidno Posted 24 August 2013 Posted 24 August 2013 Gotta love Spa. The rains started 5 minutes before qualifying . Some very interesting comments by Horner on BBC about the red bull drive next season
Fox in the North Posted 24 August 2013 Posted 24 August 2013 Great to see marussia and caterham sneaking in q2!
Fox in the North Posted 24 August 2013 Posted 24 August 2013 Q3 is looking very interesting, go on di resta!
Amin Posted 24 August 2013 Posted 24 August 2013 The top 3 were extremely lucky to get another lap. Ferrari and Lotus messed up big time.
ADK Posted 24 August 2013 Posted 24 August 2013 I'm not really a fan of rain affected qualifying. In the end it's worked out rather well for Red Bull and Mercedes. Rosberg is unlucky as he was blitzing everyone's times in the wet but was undone by the rapidly drying track at the end.
DennisNedry Posted 25 August 2013 Posted 25 August 2013 Standard boring race for 1st with Vettel dominating, but good racing throughout the rest of the field. Was Vettel getting booed at the end?

When Vettel asked Coulthard, the latter seemed to dismiss it very swiftly!

isaidno Posted 2 September 2013 Posted 2 September 2013 Ricciardo confirmed at red bull. I'm flying out to Milan on Wednesday for the Italian Gp. I'm sitting near the final corner, so I'm hoping to join the track invasion and see the podium ceremony. The weather forecast is pretty grim for the weekend

Was wondering if Red Bull got all panicy because they'd heard it was transfer deadline day.
DennisNedry Posted 3 September 2013 Posted 3 September 2013 Vettel will be rubbing his hands at Ricciardo's confirmation. Another bang average Aussie he can dominate whilst the other greats on the grid continue to languish in slower cars.

DennisNedry Posted 3 September 2013 Posted 3 September 2013 Webber was hardly average. He's probably above average, but what he isn't in the same league as the likes of Vettel, Alonso, Hamilton etc. Apart from one season he hasn't really challenged Vettel to a title at all.

Webber is average at best, he is no more than a journeyman in my eyes, there are probably 12-13 drivers better than him at the moment... Lucky to have the best car for the past few seasons...
