tomrowell8 Posted 11 March 2013 Posted 11 March 2013 I would advise drinking in the city centre if you can get there in plenty of time. I'm parking at the ground if I can get in
FuriousFox46 Posted 11 March 2013 Posted 11 March 2013 Sounds like about 800 then. Still think that isn't bad personally. How do you know?
taffyfox Posted 11 March 2013 Posted 11 March 2013 Right.... Before I get stitched upat this shit hole again...... My tickets for the very first original game(before the twelve other dates were set) are ok for tomorrow???? Got a feeling I'm going to struggle getting in and will have to pay again like I did for the cup game last year when my tickets didn't arrive.... Will I be ok????

The club confirmed on twitter that any tickets bought for another date are still valid for the game. @HeathcoteStu @OfficialFOXES if I bought tickets for the original Cardiff game are they still valid for Tuesday night? @OfficialFOXES @HeathcoteStu yes, tickets are still valid for Tuesday night's match.

deejdeej Posted 11 March 2013 Posted 11 March 2013 Never been before either, anybody know where the away fans go before and after the game? I dont fancy strolling into a pub full of cardiff fans with a broad leicester accent...
Head Honcho Posted 11 March 2013 Posted 11 March 2013 Never been before either, anybody know where the away fans go before and after the game? I dont fancy strolling into a pub full of cardiff fans with a broad leicester accent... Anywhere in town will be fine. Most Cardiff fans drink in Canton before the match which can be a bit dodgy but even the spoons there will be fine as long as yer not there to cause trouble.
deejdeej Posted 11 March 2013 Posted 11 March 2013 Good stuff cheers for that, not there to cause trouble, just to make the most of what will be a freezing wintery tuesday
lcfc"weasel" Posted 12 March 2013 Posted 12 March 2013 My ticket hasn't arrived, if the club refuse to put one on the coach for me tomorrow I will go mad.
Head Honcho Posted 12 March 2013 Posted 12 March 2013 My ticket hasn't arrived, if the club refuse to put one on the coach for me tomorrow I will go mad. They usually do. Just ring em and say your ticket hasn't arrived. I collected mine last time.By the way it's just started snowing down here..............
foxer Posted 12 March 2013 Posted 12 March 2013 My ticket hasn't arrived, if the club refuse to put one on the coach for me tomorrow I will go mad. They're sending mine down on the coach so they should do yours as well. Its snowing here in Bristol cant be doing with that - I'll never make it over in time. Does anyone who is driving know of any decent places to park? Is it easy enough etc?
lcfc"weasel" Posted 12 March 2013 Posted 12 March 2013 Just spoke to 'em couldn't find my booking originally, but they're sending me one down.

You can park in the ground, it has an away fans car park enclosed against the away entrances.

absolutelegend Posted 12 March 2013 Posted 12 March 2013 Just found out I have a meeting in Cardiff tomorrow - what luck! Does anybody know if I can pay on the gate in the Leicester end? Also, I've never been to Cardiff before. Is it easy to get from Cardiff city center to the ground (and back). My hotel is in the city center next to Cardiff Central station.
Dan Posted 12 March 2013 Posted 12 March 2013 You can't pay on the gate I'm afraid. Do what Weasel did and ring the club up and get them to send you one down if there's time.
BrummieFOX Posted 12 March 2013 Posted 12 March 2013 You can buy on the gate actually. Have checked with both clubs.
Dan Posted 12 March 2013 Posted 12 March 2013 Got a good feeling about our end tonight. Think with us being the heavy underdog the fans will be properly on the teams side from the word go.
lcfc"weasel" Posted 12 March 2013 Posted 12 March 2013 The marstons next to the ground stop serving drinks without meals at half 4. Wtf?! Anyone know anywhere else to get a drink?
deejdeej Posted 12 March 2013 Posted 12 March 2013 At queens vaults near the city centre now, cheapish beer and mixed grill for 8 quid, cant go wrong.
