Rincewind Posted 26 January 2013 Posted 26 January 2013 Well I don't know how he survives if it's true that he had £4 in his bank account. While he is living with his parents he has no worries because somebody will bale him out. If he ever lives on his own and still no job it will be different. Unemployable pennyless and within three months homeless. I can find out the relevant contact details for hostels in his area when that time arrives.

The unemployed get free accommodation in this country. He'll get himself a nice flat with a brand new kitchen.
Rincewind Posted 26 January 2013 Posted 26 January 2013 Electricity, gas, food, are not free. A free kitchen does not bring in money. It is just a kitchen. With the new proposals, Universal Credit he would be responsible for paying rent and Council Tax. Can you see Lamby NOT spending that money on football, gambling and sandwiches from Tesco? A private landlord does not provide a brand new kitchen and will evict if the rent is in arrears.
MikeyT Posted 26 January 2013 Posted 26 January 2013 Got an apprenticeship interview for National Army Museum on Thursday, and let's just say that I do know my modern historical facts Also got a job interview for a Go Karting place up London Bridge next Monday I applied for that as well. I was unsuccessful. Good luck to you.
BoneDog Posted 26 January 2013 Posted 26 January 2013 Flippin heck, if you were unsuccesful then Lamby's got no chance! No offence Lamby.
FoxesAreBlue Posted 26 January 2013 Posted 26 January 2013 I wonder if the guy that this thread was originally based on got a job.
Soar Fox Posted 26 January 2013 Posted 26 January 2013 Looks to me like there's a couple of people in this thread that would rather stay on on the rack n roll than actually have a job. Of course they'll tell us they want a job and have done everything in their power to get one.
Wycombe Fox Posted 15 February 2013 Posted 15 February 2013 AN ISLE of Wight jobseeker whose inventive effort to find work led to him making headlines around the world has landed a job — and is planning to say thank you in an equally eye-catching way. Adam Pacitti spent his last £500 on a London billboard to promote his job hunt, directing prospective employers to a specially created website with a video CV and details of his previous projects. Within days Adam, 24, of Albert Street, Ryde, found himself at the centre of global attention, featured on websites across the world and the subject of a social media storm. "The original tweet I sent out had about 1,600 retweets and personal endorsements from people such as Jeremy Vine, Al Murray and Frank Skinner. I had thousands of e-mails and an unbelievable amount of interest, which has taken me the last month to go through," said Adam. The stunt landed him an interview with Keo, a production company, which has hired Adam as a viral video producer, creating films for the internet. And to say thanks to all those who have supported him Adam has splashed out on a new billboard, unveiled in London today (Friday) http://www.iwcp.co.uk/news/news/adams-billboard-advert-pays-off-48263.aspx
Captain... Posted 15 February 2013 Posted 15 February 2013 If we all chip in a couple of quid we can buy a billboard for Lamby, anyone got that photo of him with Chrissy P?
Unabomber Posted 15 February 2013 Posted 15 February 2013 If we all chip in a couple of quid we can buy a billboard for Lamby, anyone got that photo of him with Chrissy P? He's looking for a job, not to be sectioned.
FoxesAreBlue Posted 15 February 2013 Posted 15 February 2013 If we all chip in a couple of quid we can buy a billboard for Lamby, anyone got that photo of him with Chrissy P? I'd rather do it for Rincewind, if anybody is less deserving of our charit it's Lamby
Guest Bilo Posted 15 February 2013 Posted 15 February 2013 He's looking for a job, not to be sectioned. More benefit money if he's a certified mental surely?
Daggers Posted 15 February 2013 Posted 15 February 2013 Turning up and signing for £120 every two weeks foes no one anygood. Wouldn't do you any good - that's barely an hour in some grubby backstreet whoreshop for you. Been tested for AIDS recently?
Soar Fox Posted 15 February 2013 Posted 15 February 2013 How to piss off Lamby. Give him a job and make him work Saturday's
Rincewind Posted 16 February 2013 Posted 16 February 2013 You pay tax on beer so the more they drink the more tax they pay.
Guest MattP Posted 16 February 2013 Posted 16 February 2013 Wouldn't do you any good - that's barely an hour in some grubby backstreet whoreshop for you. Been tested for AIDS recently? I couldn't even claim dole money, I'd feel like a failure, in fact it's so bad I would probably have a nervous breakdown. As for testing, a couple of years back, all clear. I'm a white hetrosexual male though Dave, in my lifetime I would never have even known what AIDS is if it wasn't for people like you educating me about it, we generally never have these problems. You should try it one day. It's pretty fcuking good.
syston_fox Posted 17 February 2013 Posted 17 February 2013 How to piss off Lamby. Give him a job and make him work Saturday's Funny how if you search for Nathan Prior on Facebook, it shows he works as an 'office administrator.' Like I said, he's on the wind up.
